  1. Why not? So old cards can't gem out? 🤔 so, wish I would have known that, would have saved so much money, and not sent in stuff from that era to CSG, becuase I know PSA can get 10s in era. If there was a pop report we could know if that was correct.
  2. I have received cards that had same issue before. Also, no pictures. Was told it was a glitch, at the time, they were still sharing grades. They can see the grades on their screens. I didn't press it cause I knew what grades were. They don't do that anymore. Hope you get the grades posted. I assume that means no pictures either.
  3. Gotcha.. I was told who online system was gonna be updated!! Easier to see our previous orders, easier to make corrections, etc. This is all stuff for any order than is being submitted 8/11 and forward... Was under impression it was gonna be all new, and address issues for previous customers as well that have cards in system. THANKS for passing this along! Will be waiting to see what they say!
  4. We want to be able to see what cards are in each order, just like other companies do. We should be able to click on a link, and see what cards are in order. Also, if we see they weren't entered in right, which as you know, I caught 2 of them, actually 3, and let people know BEFORE they slab up cards. CSG has made several errors on Heritage Action cards, variations, etc... If we can't do this, I don't see this new system being a plus for people who have sent in 1000's of cards already. As someone who has sent in a bunch, it is frustrating to not see what has been entered etc. And then to top it off, when we have orders that were checked in, and the box is still missing, it is REALLY frustrating. I just got a 2 card order finished through an EXPRESS order that was checked in on May 3rd, the box I sent on May 4th with an Express order in it, is still "lost/misplaced" at CSG. Also, where is the place to print off "mechanical form'? Was told that would be on new form area per facebook page... I included how PSA offers collectors a way to look at their orders... this is all we ask for...have to have this option.
  5. Nope, can not open they cards to see what is in each of these orders. I used to be able to click on a green link, and order would open up. That stopped 2 weeks ago when system was being updated. Where the green arrows lead too, we want to see what is in each other those orders. We can't do that now. I tried putting in diffferent submissions numbers, would not open. I am sure it works for brand new orders, but we want to go back, and see what is being graded in these orders. We 100% could do that before the switch.
  6. I mean seriously, look at the PSA 10, picture 3, picture 4 CSG 8.... one of them is a joke show. Either the PSA 10, with hanging pieces off of it is whacked, or the graders at CSG are just guessing... I get being toughest grader... but this one about did me in... sadly, I have 2000 more cards at CSG, more if they ever find my lost box- -which has a Kobe/Lebron RC in it, 100 Jeters, and 15 Standards(3 Harden Rcs, 2 Mantles) Been there since May, EXPRESS on the BOX.. still LOST...
  7. This ridiculous. I get it, centering is off wasn't expecting a 10, but this kinda , is why I am having real regrets about using CSG. Sadly, I have 40 more of these cards at CSG.. All these were in sealed sets, corners are EXACTLY how they are supposed to be. Why in the heck were these graded an 8? My guess is that the grader or the AI had NO idea these are supposed to be ROUNED..... and I got 2 of these back , one had an 8 on corners, another a 9... are they guessing?? Absolutely pathetic grades here. Wish there was some explanation.
  8. If this is only gonna apply to new orders entered after upgrade, this not a help to those of us who have already submitted 1000s of cards... I so hope this isn't the case. 🤞🤞🤞 Don't let us down CSG!
  9. No hyperlinks to open any of our previous orders??? We used to be able to at least see that. They were green, still looks exactly the same. What am I missing?
  10. I just looked and I still couldn't access my orders that were entered awhile back. Still couldn't see what cards were in orders. Only things I could click on where the orders that had been shipped. When will we be able to look at orders already in the system and see what is in each order?

  12. Timeout.. you guys can do it now. You put action on card that wasn't, and then left it off one that should have been an Action card. Still no response for a mechanical error sheet from corporate.. sigh.
  13. I know they can put "Action" on the slabs because they did it on one that was NOT an action variation. Then they left it off an Action Variation, and also left off Rainbow foil on another one. Been waiting 2 weeks for a mechanical correction form. 0 responses, so I will be making another phone call tomorrow. I have a bunch of orders that are ready to be paid for, not doing it until I get a form to fix these. It's ridiculous.

  15. This was Ebay's response just now... So, yeah, they don't want the title to have PSA/BGS/ etc in title.. which I get. Even though their company answer makes no sense, because every card listed on Ebay has a trademarked word in it "Topps" "CSG" "Fleer" "Donruss" "Panini", could go on and on... Also, they, EBay are partnered with PSA, I am also guessing they are protecting them as well. "I'm sorry to hear about the removal of your listing/s. Upon checking your account and can see that your listing/s appear to violate eBay policy or a rights owner's trademark or copyright. As a seller, you are responsible for the quality and authenticity of the products that you offer on eBay. Please understand that removing this kind of items protects sellers like yourself and buyers from buyer protection claims and financial loss. Kevin, I certainly understand that you may see similar item posted on the site. However, that doesn’t mean that they are allowed to list it. It only means that we haven’t reviewed those listings yet.. We review listings here on eBay randomly or batch per batch, and rest assured that we are working round the clock to justify our actions and implement our policies on items that we may have concerns with."
  16. I just had several removed from Ebay. I even talked to the EBay staff, via chat, I explained the CSG guarantee, even copied and pasted the CSG page. The representative told me that CSG guarantee does NOT guarantee authenticity. These are brand slabs, obviously. This is how I post my listings on Ebay. I put the picture up from CSG. (The photos from CSG in my opinion, is what makes CSG stand out from PSA! Such a great way to be able to share our cards!) My only guess is that a few of my titles had "BUY CSG, save over a PSA" ... which could be the issue. If that was case, should have just told me that. Doesn't mean they should have been labeled as counterfeit. I see a bunch of CSG cards with same type of listing. Anyone else having this issue? I was told that several others have filed complaints about CSG cards being removed, but she couldn't give more details. I am sharing this under the "ASK CSG" because I think CSG should know that is how Ebay is treating CSG customers. For Ebay to pull a CSG card, that has all the markings of a CSG authenticity, is very alarming. I would hope someone from CSG, would reach out to Ebay, and ask why this is happening. Again, if it is due to title, I get that. Just curious for feedback from card community, and CSG on this.
  17. CSG has GOT to do better on following what is on the sheet we send in. 3 Errors in one order. I had these all entered correctly on the sheet, and in system. Can't have errors like this. CSG current policy is to not post pics, and grades until they are in shipped stage(tracker number printed), which doesn't give us time to check the slabs to make sure the cards are done correctly. Cards where shipped to me 7/22 still haven't got them, and now I will have to send these back to get new correct slabs. When grades are this tough, wrong labels cost time and money. ALSO- My concern is these are supposed to be EXPERIENCED graders, cards take FOREVER in the GRADING/ENCAPUSLATING/Imaging stage, is NO ONE double checking for quality control?? I can understand 1 error, but come one. 3? Not like they haven't seen a ton of Rainbow Foil, and Heritage Action cards... even says action on back of the card... are they not actually looking at the cards? Come on CSG, pick it up.
  18. Yea, I just talked folks to several in customer service. Would really set you folks apart. Especially since I know there has to be tons of top loaders/semi-ridge holders there. Hopefully they aren't just being tossed. I know the 500 CSG holders I just got, and used on these subs are brand new, literally. 🙂 Thanks for response! - Kevin
  19. Bottom line, reputation. People don't know CSG yet, they know PSA. CSG has a nicer holder, for sure. CSG IS A WAY, WAY tougher grader. As a seller, PSA brings more all the time. I have had CSG 10s and PSA 10s of same card, at same time, it isn't even close yet. Same reason why NY YANKEES tickets are more money than KC Royals tickets. Both a MLB teams. Both have won WSeries. But the reputation, and market of NY Yankees make Yankees a pricier ticket. Even if the Royals win five WS in a row, I am gonna assume Yankees tickets will always be more, and Yankees gear, memorabilia will cost more. Simple as that. I have a ton of cards at CSG and a bunch at PSA, I really hope both do great!
  20. That is true, but not 100% true. Heck, they change orders all the time. I have made mistakes, and didn't get card into the submission, and they have added it. SO, yes, they CAN change it, but my guess it they are NOT gonna do it for majority of the time, cause that would be a nightmare for them. Not like they etch or orders in concrete or blood. They are using a computer, what computer CAN'T make a change? None that I know of.
  21. I have noticed several times, especially lately, that after I pay for an order, per say an EXPRESS order that, I put SUBGRADES on, when the sheet is printed off, it shows no sub-grades. I personally have called, and told them to MAKE SURE that SUBGRADES are on that card. TRUST ME, if I get a card back, that wsa EXPRESS that doesn't have sub-grades, they will get a call. ALSO, I have noticed that when folks at CSG are entering your cards, they DO NOT follow instructions on the order. I.E. I have a rainbow foil Ohtani in grading, I see I put Rainbow foil, BUT on the card in the grading area, I can see they didn't include RAINBOW FOIL. MAKE SURE YOU SEND AN EMAIL, and also check your orders. CSG knows and are aware their submission process has "bugs" in it. Don't be a jerk to them in customer service, and you have to be VERY persistent, but they will take care of you. Give them praise when it is due, but you can voice your opinion and make sure your cards are correct. ESPICALLY, if it is an error on their end.
  22. True. I will tell you, I have a package there right now, that has been "done" for 2 weeks, I know the grades, and CSG can't find my package. Was supposed to be mailed back 2 weeks ago. Standard order. Box is lost at the CSG facility. I also have another box there, that is marked EX, and they have not got to it yet... other box arrived same day, had an EX order in it, and those cards are already into system, and being grade. BOTH arrived on SAME DAY. So, yea, they have issues there now. They are probably really slammed, and have things they need to fix.
