  1. The Punisher Max run did well enough to last 75 issues and still has a core of readers in the TPB market, IMO some of Ennis's best work I would agree the Max run was fantastic, but I do think that it's best that he stays out of mainstream Marvel books that's why the Max run was so great. The Bradstreet covers were
  2. I would buy the ASM 300 CGC 9.8 as there seems to be no hype on the character currently and has potential for a upswing. The other two books are at or near the highest point thus far.
  3. I sold a ton of them on the boards at $50 each right after Uncanny X-Force 4 came out Great book and great character, popularity seemed to diminish after they "killed" him near the end of the run though.
  4. He was on the X-men animated series cartoon that had a big impact on x-men fans at the time and still does. The 90's cartoon is what got me into comics and what drives my collecting even today....
  5. I figured that, but there is a book I believe he might have, that I would like to buy now.
  6. Good Afternoon Everyone, was wondering could anyone pm me Harley Yee's contact information, email address, phone number? Thanks !
  7. I'm 32 and used to collect in the early to mid 90's and then stopped around Heroes Reborn. Around 99 a lot of local comic stores started closing and I would stop it and pick up some books on the cheap.Around 2001 the Ultimate Marvel lines and Wolverine Origin really got me back into reading and collecting.
  8. Batman Adventures 12. What movie or tv show started that rise? Kids growing up on Batman TAS becoming adults. It sure as shoot wasn't a result of how DC screwed up the character with the new 52. So you're saying, 17 years after the show was on, those who grew up watching it decided to suddenly hunt down the comic with her first appearance? No it must have been the 30k readers of her first solo series and Gotham City Sirens that led to the demand for that book. Surely it had nothing to do with all those kids that grew up watching that show at any point during the decade plus it was airing on television. Harley wasn't introduced to most comic readers/collectors through comics. BA 12 is a bad example because no one knew about it being her first. I remember Mad Love being a wildly popular book and one that people would pay a premium for. I thought I was the only one who remembered Mad Love being the book to have for this character.
  9. Not sure if this was mentioned but Wonder Women V2 #184 is heating up seemingly because of the cover.
  10. Obviously 2-10, 11 has been quite expensive and 12 and 13 can be as well. The alternate cover of 50 is harder to find.
  11. I think GI Joe has really taken a hit over the last ten years, partially due to two horrible movies and no current animated show for kids to enjoy. It seems like GI Joe is being remembered by people that grew up with it where as Transformers are being enjoyed kids and adults alike.
  12. Your screen name is CopperAgeKids, and you do not know who the Anti-Monitor is? Crisis is one of the most important evens in the the last 30 plus years.
  13. Are there any from the list that commander anything over $20?
  14. I would not necessarily say it is all movie hype, the new books are quite good.
  15. How much did it go for? (I'm at work and ebay is blocked). I had a #1 and a #2 that I sold a board member that I picked up from a local dealer a few years back and I am also from Pa. Wondering where and who made them originally.
  16. IMHO if they do an X-Force movie it should be based on the Yost/Craine run or the Uncanny X-Force run which were exponentially better than the first run.
  17. the 399 B.O. sold for $315, switch the .com to .ca in your link to see the accepted offers. only the US site blocks it currently Why does the US site block it? I noticed that recently, it was not always set up that way.
  18. But with the Internet new releases are hyped up so much it causes the books to sell out. Some books on here had threads dozens of pages long before the boom was even released.
  19. Prices on Batman 386, 1st Black mask, seem to be all over the place on ebay.
  20. It's a great book that isn't the easy to find, I'm glad it's gaining some steam, finally.
