  1. No matter how you want to look at this, Deadworld #10 was taken out of the 1st set to meet a collecting need, but requested in the 2nd set (and supported by 4 registry holders) to meet another group's desires. Adding this additional drag on finalizing a group decision just comes across as unnecessary. But to keep it professional, and show what is truly going on here, I'll let the votes make the decision. Deadworld #10 was never going to be included in the 1st set because, as Gemma pointed out, CGC doesn't consider ads to be appearances. As such it doesn't belong in the 2nd set (entitled "early Crow appearances") either. Professionally speaking, of course. Professionally speaking, is it really necessary to have this going in the Crow thread? Everything that needs to get done is getting done in the Registry thread. It was certainly an OK idea to get the word out in this thread, if there was going to be any more input, but there is no need to gum up this thread with more gnashing of teeth.
  2. Did you really think it was a bad idea? I think it was smart. Keep the girl safe, and keep her out of the way so you have the best chance of killing the two Zs. The only thing he could have done better was to give her a number to count to like 500 to keep her calm and quiet and to give him time to come back and get her after dispatching the Zs. I know there is no way I could have come up with a better plan on the spur of the moment.
  3. What happened to the rest of the crow gang? Did Fun Boy bail? One of them bailed (the one that had never previously made an appearance - if that was FunBoy) two of them left early before the rep tried to do the book.
  4. I have a 9.6 Crow #4 coming back from the Crow Reunion a couple of months ago. It was supposed to have 5 sigs, but it only has two - Ernie Hudson and Tony Todd. Pics when it gets back. I apologize for my access to the SS program.
  5. D'OH! Thanks bud. I missed again. It's OK, I automatically assume if you post that it is not actually ONE-OF-A-KIND.
  6. Posting email in public can and up up signed up for Porn subscriptions I thought they spoke English in Canada.
  7. Possibly the greatest way anyone could ever post in the SS Trading Post.
  8. I had one of the Super Soldier Sundaes at BR on my birthday. And I say this with all due respect to anyone that has diabetes, but I almost went into diabetic shock after eating it. My blood sugar was easily 800 after pounding that monstrosity. I felt like I had taken 4 or 5 No-Doz tablets, and twenty minutes later like I had taken 4 or 5 Quaaludes.
  9. I will take a big helping of Spam, as long as I get to bask in that sweet commission's presence. Edit: Oh, wait. I can see it in any of the other 11 threads in which it is posted. Just following up on TJ's Steve. It is a great piece of art!!
  10. Looks like a Bastian sketch and all the rest of sigs are being treated as defects. Pretty sneaky!!
  11. greg paid promptly and his follow up PM's were quite reasonable in tone and duration. His money was good.
  12. Great book. I still can't believe you didn't get Julie Bell to sign that.
  13. An email system that can detect desperation??!! Even worse. It had some kind of blackout feature so that you couldn't see what you were typing until you were done and in another section. Then when I finally got it all done and submitted, it said "Your message was not sent. Try again later or through another medium."
  14. Looks like it may need to be Fort Wayne. My email through his website was a spectacular FAIL.
  15. Sean, maybe you can get an opp setup with him. http://denyscowan.com/blog/contact/ Or wait until 2012 for http://www.summitcitycomiccon.com/guests since you you missed him at the 2011 show. Thanks for the intel! That Fort Wayne Show was pretty good!! It never even made the radar at all.
