I vote no only because you probably still have 10 to 15 copies of Batman 428 that are already graded or that you are waiting to submit so regardless of what happened to the "market" during this particular transaction (no funds lost/book returned) not sure if I could see the justification as you being "wronged". I think this is someone many would like to avoid but I don't think it's a PL situation. Set the birds free, RMA, let them fly away and bother you no more.

I don't know that I am qualified to opine. But I believe the L&R was only available via mail order or at SDCC. Plus it came out when I was 12. It was 5 years later before I even heard the rumors of its existence. I grew up in the Midwest and as i said only heard rumors about the self-published #1. In fact there were a lot of people in the Midwest who swore up and down that the 1st print Fantagraphics #1 was the 1st book Los Bros Hernandez ever were affiliated with.
