For the record - when people tell you that multiple signatures from the same person or artist will help the value, they are wrong. At best, it won't hurt the value, and at worst someone that otherwise would be interested will not be interested because of the duplicated signature. The effect is lessened in this case because only signature is visible.

Understood. The are many, many first appearances that do not appear on CGC labels. There are also changes that are made over time where first appearances are added to the label. So you may find, for example, slabbed copies of Hulk 271 that say nothing and copes that were slabbed later that say "First comic appearance of Rocket Raccoon." The importance of the first appearance is typically what causes the change.

If you do it, prepare to learn the lesson that you will be taught. It will be far more productive for you to learn how to grade first, then work your way into the CPR game.
