Selling a few slabs here. Early Silver 10/12 cent books. Mostly pre-hero monster books Payment by check or MO. Time payments up to 9 months ok with 3% down - non refundable if buyer fails to complete payments. All funds must be in US dollars. Shipping by Priority flat rate box $13.75. I can fit 3 slabs in a box with plenty of protection. Canada is $45.25 flat rate box. No international at this time. Returns are fine within 14 days of receipt if returned in the same condition. These are slabbed books so grade disputes should not be an issue, but just send it back if you don’t like the grade. All return shipping is on you unless I misrepresented something. I am always open to trades, so send me your proposal. No one from any naughty lists need apply unless you clean up your messes first. First unconditional in the thread gets it. If you prefer to purchase by PM, the sale is made when I mark the thread, if someone posts in the thread before I mark it sold they get the book. Prices are pretty firm as I will keep these if they do not sell

This is a solid reminder of how long copyrights last. This seems like a reasonable time period to protect copyrights. Certainly the WW2 heroes should lose their copyright. -

Partial to the price variants myself -
The #124 is less surprising than 107 Mid-run nothing going on book. Who is the under-bidder pushing that sale? The completionist tosses out a ridiculous high bid just so they can get the book without hanging around to snipe it. So $5100 Then along comes the in-house shill and lands within a hair of max bid Nope nothing suspicious there

Going to try my hand with a thread in mixed. This will truly be mixed and all over the map. A couple of minor Bronze first appearances, some Marvel, DC and Charlton. A few Whitman/DC multi-packs and a few freebie moderns sprinkled randomly. Super Hero, war, horror. Just a little bit of everything. All must go, so don’t be shy about PM offers!

From an LCS not too far from my house. This guy has nothing priced. He looks everything up and prices one at a time. These books had old price stickers on them so I asked if they were ‘priced as marked’ He snorted and said “just got them, nothing is priced as marked” but he agreed to let these go as marked. The pictures just don’t do these books justice, they are absolutely clean white paged beauties. As marked , so $5.99 ea -
Sadly that is very common with variants Found several on eBay where the plug is suddenly pulled and win cancelled. I was warned in a PM to not post anything from eBay here because the sharks will torpedo the sale

He's the guy who with Ritter, shilled up a bunch of auctions. But I can understand how that would not be common knowledge since the expose including the 'shiller' himself confessing in the very thread, got scrubbed clean. And just like that "Mr. squeaky clean" is here to save the day. Anyone care to tell Ewert it is a "new day" at the old stomping grounds? -
