It's got to be all the offshoot references to male genitalia. ...collecting references to well-endowments....interesting concept, but I'd be going for headlights if that was the aim.

Okay here's an odd book that was recently added to my collection... Let's see if anyone can guess what my interest in this book is?? I don't think the chances of adding many more like it will turn up in the future... I'll check back in the morning and see what a few of you may think about the book....

Well the Great Pondificator did seem to fall asleep for awhile...but I just guessed that he was so busy buying/selling/posting/drawing...that I'd have to have the patience of his deity, "Pan the Goat God". Picked this copy up with about 40 other "well read" GA issues...that did have some real Spirit stories(Police Comics). I've still got a lot of reading ahead of me, but I will be able to compare when I finish. Oh, and someone mentioned how Midnight wasn't Politically Correct...well the one Spirit story that I have read so far "T'aint" PC either.

It just goes to show that the search function DOES work. Just picked up my 1st ever Smash Comic and the same thing....I thought it was the Spirit on the cover. Then after reading I thought..."man this is a direct ripoff of the Spirit, how did they get away with it". So, I did a search and you guys already answered the question three years in advance. Comic says the Great Escape....and his location is Tennessee....so I'd say the Great Escape in Nashville. It is one of the best comic stores I have ever been to, and highly recommended.
