I'm in the minority but I just love Ditko's ink on Kirby's pencils.  Don't think he did the story art inking;  Dick Ayers is a favourite, too!   I believe Ditko inked the #13 story  but not its cover.  Gorgeous copy!  Bet you'll have it forever.  Thanks for all the Kirby postings!!

Yup!  Talk about your scarce variant especially in high grade!  Wish mine was. Cost me a week's allowance to buy my first copy off the newstand that summer, boy was it worth the 25c!!!

My copy has both inside covers blank as well as the blank back cover.

GPA enters Heritage and ebay auction results very quickly.  I've purchased GPA for the first time this year and was surprised to see Heritage or ebay sales listed on the GPA site a day or less after the sale.  GC is much much slower.  This could account for your discrepancies between the two particularly where a book has an infrequent sale.

Return it.  Hard to claim for damage by shipping in this case.  Ebay's return policy is very customer friendly. 

Last thing this well loved copy on Comic Connect needed was newton rings.  Wonder how quality control missed them?  Bidding is at $5755 with 5 hours to go ...

My experience with very  old comic bags is that after decades they became 'welded' shut at the top and I would have to scissor the comic out.

I used the  Robert Bell bags to put my Howard Rogofsky purchases in.
