  1. Haunted Thrills #1 GD+ 2.5 to GD/VG 3.0 $425 (dropped from $450 $500) shipped. FC - right edge has bug chews and first page has very tiny bug chew. The story is intact. Cover/Centerfold are firmly attached to both staples Unpressed copy This copy isn't very often on the comic market anywhere. Heritage sold the last copy in 2012, CC and Clink probably never sold that #1. You can see my copy in PGM - Hey buddy, can you spare a grade? Front Cover Back Cover Edges and Splash page
  2. Funny facts...the owner wrote hard on books with his names. That was his perfect name -- "sheets" them hard. That explained why some books have full length spine splits.
  3. With that a big tear and crumbled right edge, it's 1.8 or 2.0.
  4. The cover is firmly attached to both staples as well as the centerfold holds well. As you can see the cover edge has bug chew but the splash page has nearly no bug chew. All pages are real nice supple. Thanks for you time. Front Cover Back Cover Cover edges and splash page
  5. Two days and 5 hours and 13 minutes ago and no pictures. This is getting old.
  6. Well, I stopped using them. The edges are too sharp. I carefully slide few books inside Mylar (any size or any kind). The covers were detached or split. The aged comic books are too fragile. That was when I decided not to use them further.
  7. That is why I dislike Mylars. I always replace them with the soft comic bags (CGC prefers too). The Mylars make me nervous.
  8. Ohhh. You are a tough dude but thanks for your honest grade. Wait will tell when CGC gives the grade.
  9. I still have a set of 2 OAAW #115, SSWS #141, OAAW #151 (one graded copy) and Batman #238 (one graded copy). All raw copies will be graded soon so I will keep them at higher grade or better quality with looking and page quality if tied grades.
  10. The book is $60 and just two cardboards were used. When I use the flat rate envelope, I intended to sandwich the comic books (up to 3 books) with two more cardboards then put two more cardboards to make it sturdy. The seller will improve his packing method next time and I will tell my favorite seller to add the extra protection like mine (flat envelope can accept up to 70 lbs that is what they said!). USPS employees usually throw all envelopes like frisbees I have seen. The verdict is...the seller is at 60% fault and USPS is at 40% fault for improperly handling.
