  1. Ken was at the Image Table signing on the last day of ECCC. I asked him about Todd returning and he restated that the next story arc is scripted but that MK is going through some family issue ( I won't go any further than that hint) and will thus resume when all is cleared up. He also told me that a new production team has come on board (can't say whom...vow of silence) for the Todd show. Lastly, he did say that he would drop by and say hi to everyone here at some point after the show ( KEN we are all waiting... ) .....end update
  2. 99 .... Sold one and keeping the other two...also, for now Not bad guys... for a "2nd print". a 2nd print of a second appearance.
  3. Yeah, but no condition stated and you can see creases on a couple of those books...
  4. 99 .... Sold one and keeping the other two...also, for now Not bad guys... for a "2nd print". A LIMITED "2nd Print!"
  5. I have some books that just arrived at CGC last Friday - this is my first time doing fast track (along with a regular slow boat invoice) so I'm wondering what to expect as well. If it is any help, the last time I sent books it took 3 1/2 months to get them back. It took so long, that when I received a notice from the USPS that I'd missed a delivery I had to sign for, I couldn't figure out what the hell it was My last fast track modern submission took 4-1/2 weeks.
  6. 99 .... Sold one and keeping the other two...also, for now
  7. It was. Doesn't stop anyone buying from others. (See Courts previous floor of Saga RRPs) I was able to buy 3 from him at the show. Initially bought 2 and had a great discussion with him. Passed by on the second day and he still had some copies and I asked if he would sell me another. He did mention that one guy tried to buy 20 but he wouldn't let anyone have that many...
  8. Someone got a good deal! (Not me) Time for the reverse play and repost at $75
  9. Always worries me when the pics don't show the corners...are they hiding something or is the camera too difficult to operate???
  10. Anyone else hating the new "Feature" on eBay that requires another click to read the description???
  11. Does he have an eBay account that I should worry about???
  12. +1 Can't go wrong with this. +2 This is the safest bet. Never pay attention to me when I'm having fun. I hold everything I like. There is no SURE thing other than what they are doing right now. (thumbs u Followed this rule right after NYCC. Sold one run and one NYCC variant that paid for the remaining copies of each...
  13. That is just too busy for me! Is that supposed to be a "Spider Mosh pit?"
  14. I think he already did...Could be why we haven't heard from him.
  15. There were several dealers that had no idea what they could have asked for the book. I know at least two LCS that had them at the store for $6.99 while others were asking (and getting) $80.
  16. Which Secret War 2 are you talking about?? There's been so many variations of that "Secret" I can't tell which run you're referring too...
  17. It definitely shifted south. Finally some carpet to match the drapes!! (thumbs u
  18. On the subject of covers, did anyone else see what they did to the Manara Variant of Spider-Woman?? Cover her with a LOGO??? WTH, Marvel! Really? You can see it here (sorry it's on BC..) http://www.bleedingcool.com/2014/11/18/how-do-you-solve-a-problem-like-manara-the-final-cover-for-that-spider-woman-1-published-tomorrow/
  19. It's been signed on the case, if you use the magnifier it's pretty clear. Plus the book was graded in 2012 and the auction states it was signed at Heroes 2014.
  20. 90k print run and multiple variants for issue #1 is not good for the value. 81k first printing divided among Image readers and DC readers = not a lot of "spare" copies Snyder has STAR power and a huge following. That's why you can sell Batman #1 for $75+ with a 200k print run. Plenty of copies of Wytches are selling right now at more than cover. Not to mention what the NYCC variants are doing... Sure this isn't Batman, but with a pre-production announcement in the mix this book will do just fine in the secondary market... Anytime you can sell a book for more than you paid, you got nothing to complain about...
  21. Didn't see any prints on the table. Frank and Chris were awesome (thumbs u (as always) and I managed to give Frank some grief for being so difficult to catch at the table.
