Who's booth is this? I would have spent every minute and dime I had here.

The one collection I actually found on Craigslist that turned out to be worth my time involved a similar situation. Dead uncle left behind his comic collection in a retirement home, literally a half mile from my house. I call the number listed and asked if they were still available, listed price was $500 for everything, collection is still available so I tell them I'll be there in 30 minutes or less. Get to the collection and start to look through what is a available, 32 short boxes of mostly Copper, Moderns. Had lots of Indy titles, full first print run of Cry for Dawn, Faust, later printings of TMNT 1-10, etc. I tell the seller I'll take it, no sooner had I confirmed the sale the seller gets a call, another buyer willing to offer $2000 sight unseen. Seller tells this interloper that the collection had just sold and we were taking the books.

Im not sure if this point has been raised but could it be collectors or even speculators are burned out on the next "key" media related book? Chasing the next first app of a villain who'll be around for 1 movie gets to be tiring. Or chasing books of characters rumored to be getting a movie treatment. And for the collector, with a few exceptions, the book doesn't hold its value. Personally, I think the market is saturated with Silver that has been priced out of most buyers budgets. Go to a big Con and youll see how many Hulk 1's, Af15's, BB 28 compared to a GA key or classic cover GA? So they are shifting focus, Silver hero books to Golden horror, romance, war, teen humor etc, books you don't necessarily see on every wall in every booth.

As Unbreakable exists within the same timeline/universe as Split, I would think it should be on your list of top 25.

Looks to be some serious mold on that book. Considering the environment, it wouldn't surprise me if that book is incomplete and so brittle it falls apart if you try to leaf through it. Ive not watched the video so I could be wrong.

IMO there were some very weak prices for books coveted in the hobby, the Tec 35 is one example.

Price drop and bump, nicest looking 1.0 copy of a major key you will find.

Hello All, title pretty much says it all. I have a Flash 1 CGC 1.0 Q on its way back from Fl. Rules are in no particular order. US only, Intl/CAN customs would be prohibitive to shipping across the border. Book ships Fedex fully insured, signature required for delivery. Below is a picture of the book before it was sent to CGC. Centerfold is married along with pieces of some interior pages. Book is complete, part of a panel is missing which slightly affects the story. Pages are OW. Pictures of the slabbed book will be avaiable once I have it in hand. Returns are not accepted for graded comics. Not much in the way of sales data to go on, one sale last year of a 1.0 Q INC at $22500 with the same page quality. Price is $27000 for this complete copy. Time payments are available, PM for details. Books I am interested in trading for are as follows. I would prefer unrestored blue label on any book available for trade.
