Funny I was looking at marvel movie replica stuff last night and did not see anything as cool as that iron man , if you don't mind me asking where did you get it ?

They are making an Avengers Mark VII armor version bust and it looks cool but I like the Mark III Bust better.

The details are top notch. I was nervous buying on ebay but I really lucked out with a great collector who had a perfect condition Sideshow bust. These are supposedly notorious for paint issues so I am stoked.

Just contacted CGC about my 19 books that arrived with the defect. Paraphrased, but I'm typing this right after the call, to be as accurate as possible with no attempt to mischaracterize the answers I received.

 

Q: My 19 books have a wierd indentation defect on the back of the book, others have apparently been reporting the same issue, are you aware of this?

 

A: Yes, it is a problem with the manufacturer of the inner wells, we have contacted them and we are awaiting a response.

 

Q: What can be done for my books that already have the defect.

 

A: Nothing, because the defect does not impact your books themselves.

 

Q: Why are these cases making it through QC?

 

A: Because the books themselves are not damaged.

 

Q: Yes, but what if I sell one of these defective capsules and get a complaint, or hurt my feedback rating or buisiness in the process? (note I don't have a business, but it's a legit question)

 

A: The buyer can contact CGC and we will tell the same thing.

 

Well, there you have it. I'm taking a collector's strategic pause of sorts until CGC can restore quality standards to the pre-CGC case defect era. It would be good to nail down when the "O" defect manifested itself.

I wonder if The Hunters arc will be in season four? Obviously the governor will be back but do we really care at this point? He hasn't done anything to make the audience really hate him. Of anything he's been painted more as a sympathetic character on TV. The book he was all "We feed em strangers, stranger."

 

I disagree completely,

He gunned down his entire town of people at the end of last season (except the two henchmen). That's plenty of evil right there.

I agree the show got soft last year in areas but it will be back this season in full force...I can feel it.

And, I think the Negan All out War story arc is brining people back to the comic...2 issues a month for 7 months...new inker...smart move to garner interest again.

The first 48 issues were the best most definitely but I think they are hitting a very cool arc in the story...

Call me a speculator if you want but I really feel this comic has longevity.
