Nothing better then a DC character sketched on a Marvel book .
I think there is nothing better than being a snarky a-hole in the This Week Back From CGC thread, so kudos to you.
Shut your trap, troll boy. Adults are speaking....

I like this a lot! Great looking comics!

Yep, I don't understand that!
It's very simple. I'm a DC guy. And DC doesn't produce blank covers. If that makes me , so be it.
It's cool...just a question and not judging at all...
But, couldn't you just get a sketch on a sketch pad? Why does it have to be a cover that is slabbed?
Either way, it's a great sketch.

Amazing. Looks like a toy store broke into your house.
I was thinking the same thing! Incredible...
I love the back wall with the boxes of comics. That's a really cool way to store your books.
Do you have kids? I can't imagine my kids walking into that room with all the toys and not touching or opening something.
Very cool room!

I just won a low grade copy Avengers 4. This was a bit of an impulse buy. Its my second major key. I will post a scan when it comes in.
How did I do?
I think you paid a fair price for the book. It's definitely low grade but not too horrible. A few things I am wondering that arent mentioned...is the cover attached? If not, I feel you over paid. Is the centerfold attached? If not, I feel you overpaid.
If those two items are fine...you got a nice deal for an awesome comic.

I would to thank pirate for making this book possible
That's awesome! I loved the six million dollar man as a kid!

Yep, looks like a 4.0 or 4.5 at best. Welcome to the forum! Keep submitting books and see what they get...you'll get better at grading the comics as time goes on.
Enjoy!

Guys, you don't have to re-quote all three YARDS of photos to add one comment at the bottom.
It gets a bit annoying...
Sorry that was my fault.

CAL was great to buy from eBay and I was pleased with his service, price and communications. Thumbs up for CAL!

PS3 is awesome. It plays my Blu Ray movies and great online service too.

I'm fortunate that I not only don't have kids (yet) but I have an upstairs loft to play some video games and a Mancave where I do my reading/collecting/website maintenance and anything else that I need requires peace and quiet. Here are some pics of each:
I'm finally done with my Venom CGC collection 'Venomous Roots' (MSW 8 thrrough ASM 317). I've got about 30 key issues left to collect plus some other random series' to read.

Cool room. You should get window covering as that sun will fade those comics really fast. Just my advice. Enjoy!

I used to love Fruit Stripe gum.
Great gum but it only lasted like 2 minutes...

Great looking TOS 39. Which dealer did you pick it up from?
What grade was it? Looks like a solid VG.
Thanks for NOTHING Bill Sienkiewicz!
