    Did anyone bring up Avengers 346 (or is it Copper - 1992)? Copies have been selling for $15-25 as the first appearance of the Starforce team. Individual first appearances should be heating up as well. Most aren't modern, but Inhumans 11/Quasar 32 for Korath. Ms Marvel 9 for Deathbird, Quasar 9 for Captain Atlas, Cap 398 for Supremor, Iron Man 278 is Shatterax, and Ultimus in Thor 209.

    I’ve seen (and bought) a TON of Marvel Legends variants in $1 boxes in the past, but I’d never come across this one before. I almost didn’t buy it because it was more than $1, but I pulled the trigger regardless.

    I am 12 issues short of the full run of Scrooge, Huey Dewey & Louie, Beagle Boys, and Scrooge vs Beagles. I have a dozen long boxes of nothing but Duck books. With that being said, I have exactly two 9.8 Duck slabs and I bought them for next to nothing. As stated by someone earlier, I just want to finish the runs regardless of condition.

    Last number 8 on UPC as well as the 10 9 8 is a dead giveaway......8th printing. Plus the fact that it has 1992 in the copyright date tells you it couldn't be a first print from 1990. Plus the fact that the first print had an $8.95 cover price (no regular trades were $16 in 1990).
