  1. I was out of town this past weekend, but hope to pick back up with the remaining WBN books tonight or tomorrow.
  2. Thank you for the analysis. I will stop looking for newsie 1st and 2nd prints!
  3. It's always nice to find a book in the wild that has eluded you thus far. Not super high grade, but a solid enough copy of what appears to be a pretty difficult book.
  4. This Clink auction is turning into a game of “pick which kidney to keep”.
  5. The 52 was mine. Glad it went to a board member. It went a little cheap, but my Witches Tales 25 is going to more than make up for it. The #52 is going to a good long term home! Glad the sales are totaling out ok for you at least. Got another pair of early JIM in tonight’s action, this is turning into an expensive week...
  6. Agreed on the crust. I am originally from Chicago, and love deep dish, but it is a completely different animal than thin crust. They're about as far away from each other on the pizza spectrum as you can get, but still both good.
  7. Not that I relish any more competition for these books, but you could take ST and JIM back to #1. Plenty of other Atlas horror that is incredibly cool as well.
  8. Had this pair fall to me unexpectedly at prices I was quite happy to pay:
  9. Great looking 3.0, and I love the date stamp. Congrats! I'll second that, tremendous book. This is exactly the type of copy I'd love to pick up some day.
  10. Also this. I didn’t think it would affect tough late 50s Atlas the way it apparently has, but apparently it has. Good for buyers, bad for sellers.
  11. Glad you got it! Care to share? Yes, everyone must have been following the NFL draft or seeing Infinity War. I got that pair of ST for what I figured the #61 should go for. I’m thrilled, but I poured out a beer for the person who consigned them.
  12. Managed to win a couple more pre-hero books this evening that I wasn’t expecting. Very pleasantly surprised that these bids held up.
  13. I think I came in 3rd on the #46. It was on my radar, but between the two books I would rather have had this one due to the pedigree and PQ. I'm hoping to go after a few more books, so I wasn't interested in going super hard after the #46.
  14. Werewolf by Night #14 F -- asking $8 + shipping Another gorgeous copy that is structurally VF/NM or so, but it has a very light stain to the upper left back cover that does not transfer to any pages.
  15. Werewolf by Night #13 F -- asking $8 + shipping SOLD Would be VF/NM or better but for a small tape pull on the Werewolf's left bicep on the cover. Otherwise a stunner.
  16. Werewolf by Night #12 VF -- asking $14 + shipping (OSPG VF is $18) Beautiful book, great color, light wear.
  17. Werewolf by Night #11 VF/VF+ -- asking $21 + shipping Minor wear, some small non-colorbreaking dents (would clean up with a press, if you're into that), dripping with color and gloss.
  18. Werewolf by Night #9 VF++ -- asking $25 + shipping Very clean copy, just some edge wear on the back cover (that would be pressable) is all that keeps this book from 9.0-9.2.
