I have time for a few early books this morning, will try for more this evening. Superboy #79 Fine -- asking $69 + shipping Spine wear, bump to lower spine corner (a press might help a bit). A couple of minor light droplet blemishes in the gloss, nothing that penetrates the front cover. Everything firmly attached, beautiful paper.

The couple of times I saw Romita Jr at a show it was at DWC’s booth. He seemed pretty tight with them.

I'm having issues with slow uploads, plus it is about dinner time, so I will stop there for now. I have many other nice Superboys to get to, hopefully tomorrow.

Superboy #57 Good-/Good -- asking $15 + shipping (half of OSPG 2.0) Cover detached, and tape is supporting the inside spine to keep the front and back covers attached. Spine is a bit rough, with other obvious edge and corner wear. Centerfold attached at top staple only. Paper is supple considering the other problems it has.

Superboy #29 coverless -- asking $5 + shipping First wrap is detached and a bit rough at the spine, but it is still holding together and the missing paper affects only ads on the back page. Centerfold is present and attached at one staple. Great paper (the spine problems are not brittleness).

I don't have a ton of time this evening, but I would like to post a couple of books just so I feel better about myself. The beginning of the semester has kicked my @ss a bit in terms of the more important things like sales threads... Ok, am I the only one who is a little underwhelmed by the comic creator guest list thus far? Not saying it sucks, but I was hoping for more. Claremont and Eastman are the only names that would wow me. Planet is still not on CGC's calendar...

I just got my first negative on eBay for this. A woman asked me to ship to another address because they were traveling for Christmas, I told her to change her address with eBay because I would send to whatever address was generated when I made the label from her payment. I did just that, then got a negative because I shipped to her Florida address on the payment when she told me via e-mail to ship to North Carolina. I complained to eBay but so far the negative is still there. She said that the eBay rep told her over the phone that an e-mail with a new address was fine.

Adventure Comics #177 Pr/Fr -- asking $30 + shipping (about half of OSPG G) A bit worse than the Sensation. Cover is detached with some splitting and pieces out at spine, but front and back are attached to each other. Tanning to inside covers with some brittleness to edges. Centerfold is attached at both staples and book is complete. Paper is reasonably supple with the possible exceptions of the very edges of the first wrap or two.

I'll post two new books from a different collection before I get back to the collection I started with... Sensation Comics #104 Fr/G -- asking $99 $85 + shipping Cover is barely attached at top staple, centerfold attached at both. Covers are attached to each other, but there is a half inch split up top and a longer 3 inch split at the bottom. Some of the paper/cover edges are a bit on the crisp side, but it can be handled without large pieces flaking off. I would consider the page edges of the first wrap or two to be brittle, but other than those edges the pages are supple. Book is complete, readable, and uncommon.

I noticed that WW New Orleans hasn’t announced new dates, even though this was the one Wizard show that has announced dates immediately at the close of the current show for the past 4-5 years. I wondered if it was something as simple as having to get a new block of dates with the convention center, or something deeper.

I’m surprised, Wizard has always posted the next year’s dates for this show immediately after the current year’s show closes. Not this year though...
