Detective #272 VG -- asking $65 + shipping Solid enough, but edge wear with a chip out at bottom edge. Great color.

Detective Comics #270 G/VG -- asking $35 + shipping The earliest, and the lowest grade for the Detectives I will be offering. Everything is attached at both staples, though the upper staple has a somewhat tenuous grasp on the cover. Light moisture and foxing to inside covers, but pages are nice and white (very fresh). Nice enough copy aside from the obvious defects.

Here are a couple of earlyish books, then I will get into the Tecs in a bit (nice and snowy morning here so more coffee sounds good). Strange Suspense Stories #2 F/VF -- asking $20 + shipping Great book, Ditko cover and one story (another by Aparo). Structurally it sits at about VF+, but the tanning halo and moisture spot to the lower edge knock it down a bit. Still a pretty copy of an uncommon book.

Last book for the evening... Billy Buckskin Western #1 VGish -- asking $35 + shipping Solid, and when was the last time you saw one of these?

Monsters on the Prowl #28 VF/VF+ -- asking $11 + shipping Would grade higher if a 2" non-color breaking bend was pressed out.

Journey Into Mystery #10 VF-/VF -- asking $7 + shipping Very solid copy, good color. Minor tear to bottom of back cover is really about it.

Here are a few more oddball books to close out this evening and whet your appetites for Tecs tomorrow. Fantastic Four #36 VG- -- asking $50 + shipping SOLD Book has cooled quite a bit from the highs, so now is not a bad time to pick it up. Lower grade, but everything is attached. No spine splits, though lower spine is a bit rough. Small square of tape on the inside of the lower right front cover. Cover image is clean with good color and pages are reasonably fresh.

Last Adventure... Adventure Comics #303 Fine -- asking $29 + shipping Come on, first Matter Eater Lad! Everyone needs the first Matter Eater Lad, no self-respecting DC collector should be without one!

Adventure Comics #285 F+ -- asking $70 + shipping VF- structure, but it does have those small pre-chips on the top edge that keep me from putting it in that grade.

Adventure Comics #284 VF- -- asking $99 + shipping Light wear, some bending that would be cleaned up with a press if you so choose.

Adventure #282 Fine -- asking $99 + shipping Structurally quite nice, but bottom staple is a bit indented with some wear surrounding it. Staple is still holding to the cover just fine. Distributor ink stain lower back cover that does not transmit to pages.
