Superboy doesn't know it, but he's down to the final 100 issues. Another multiple Superboy Adams cover.

Last 12 center, I have two copies of this one Got the bagged set from Terry Stroud at a SDCC in the early 90's. I actually saw it and passed it up. I regretted it and a year later I saw Terry and asked him about it. He said he still had it. Anyone who has seen his booths at SDCC wouldn't be surprised, they are disorganized disasters. I paid him $50 for it. It is the only one like it I have ever seen. Too bad there are no keys. All are final 12 issues, Unexpected, Superboy, Our Army at War, Challangers, Atom and the Hawkman.

Cool, reprint giant of a couple of great issues from the early 60's. I guess the feeling was that the readers turned over every few years, so these stories wouldn't be recognized by most fans.

Now I'm not really going into much detail on the stories. As a kid I liked them just fine, but this stuff doesn't hold up against Marvels from the same time period. Back to more cool Neal Adams covers

A really great giant size issue with Neal Adams pencil.this is a fairly tough issue to get in high grade and usually goes for a few bucks when it's available.

This issue is kind of a bid deal. Apparently DC wanted to make the Kents younger so they came up with a story that was really the most cockamamie idea you can imagine for how to make that happen. In a nutshell there's a reality TV show happening in another planet that's been watching Superboy and the Kents and the viewers want to see younger parents cast as the Kents...I can't make this up. However, the new younger Kents were around for quite a while. All I know is by the time I got my 7-Eleven Slurpee cups of mom and pa Kent in the early 70's they were back to the good ole white haired Kents that we all know and love.
