  1. Giant Sized IM 1 - raw - 3.5 Front cover is pretty nice but the back cover has a 2" free edge tear $2
  2. Human Fly 1 - raw - grades in the 9.0 range Never pressed. Shallow ncb crease on upper back cover can press out $10
  3. Dr. Strange Annual 1 - raw - Grades in the 6.0-7.0 range Never pressed 1/4" spine split at bottom $5
  4. MM 7 - raw - Grades in the 7.5 - 8.0 range Never pressed On the back cover there is a vertical non color breaking crease that parallels the spine (looks pressable) $9
  5. Mister Miracle 6 - raw - Grades in the 8.0-9.0 range (never pressed) Tint dimple at the top where it was in a comic rack (can be pressed out) $18
  6. Mister Miracle 1 raw Grades in the 7.5 range Never pressed Nice solid book. Flat glossy. Gorgeous spine. Feels unread. Only problem is the upper right corner. $70
  7. Upper left & upper right means CT in the brown area. I would not recommend having that removed. Here's what it may look like when finished.
  8. The CC 1.5 https://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=746661
  9. My OSG is a couple years old. Cap 1 ranks 7th in it. Has Cap 1 moved up in rank at all yet?
  10. Outstanding set! Please show a close up of #50, we'd love to see it (it looks pretty nice). Also your early ones up to 14 or so. Thanks.
  11. Mighty Mouse 1. CGC7.0 CR-OW This comic is gorgeous. If not for that shallow scrape on the right side, this would have been a 9.0. All the corners are really nice. $850
  12. Tales To Astonish 13 Raw, unrestored. Grades in the 2.0 range. Cover and CF are firmly attached at the staples. I see just a hint of rust on the staples. Quarter-sized stain on front cover located in Groot's right hand. Back cover & last interior page have a 1" tear at the top. There was a piece of tape sealing both of those tears at one time but the tape was removed. There is still "tackiness" where the tape residue was so I put a piece of removable wax paper over it so the pages don't stick together. I would recommend removing the tackiness if you know how. $890
  13. SOLD Archie 2 CGC 2.0 CR-OW Label says "Tape on cover & interior" GPA says last 2.0 sold for $3107, & last 1.8 sold for $2501
  14. Normal Rules No Hos or Probies US destination only Paypal ok or 3% discount for MO USPS shipping: add $4 to price for raw comics & $8 to price for slabbed comics. 1st in the thread wins it. Returns within 2 weeks are fine, you pay shipping (comic must be returned in the same condition as I sent it). This started as a thread with just a few comics, but I've had some free time so I'm adding a lot more.
  15. It's all about the amount of color touch. Since the label says "Small amount" that's a good thing but you need to know exactly where the CT is. I have bought 2 AF15s that had color touch and had the CT removed. The first was a 7.0. When the CT was removed I sent it in for grading and received a 7.0 blue lable. WOOHOO. (it turned out to be 1 tiny dot of CT). The second AF15 was a 5.0, and when I had the CT removed it became a 3.0 but looked HORRIBLE. CT removal is a cautionary pursuit.
  16. Take 15% off listed prices. Last price reduction before moving to Ebay
  17. Would you post a pic? I'd like to see the amount of trim. All 3 edges trimmed is unfortunate, but there's no doubt about it.... you got a great deal. For comparison.... a Slight A trimmed 9.0 Hulk 1 sold in 2010 for $6500. A year earlier an unrestored 9.0 sold for $100,000. so the trimmed copy went for 6.5% of the unrestored copy. Using that scenario as a means to value yours.... it would put the value of yours at around $21,000. Here's another comparison... a Slight A trimmed 8.5 Hulk 1 sold for $5000 in 2010. The next year an unrestored copy sold for $55,000. So the trimmed copy went for 9%. Using this scenario to value yours.... it would put the value yours at around $29,000. I think it's safe to say yours is worth at least $20k
