My Avengers 1 happened recently, within the last couple months. I asked if there was anything they could do and they gave me the "sometimes things are missed" speech. But Trimming? Isn't that supposed to be an easy one? I got it for a good price, but still.... I'm going to be losing money on it.

I deslabbed an Avengers 1 2.0 Universal that had a cracked case. I was going to just send it but I noticed it had a ton of "pressable defects" so I fully took it out and pressed it and sent it back in..... It came back as a PLOD (bottom edge trimmed). They missed the trim the 1st time thru. If I would have just done a straight reholder they would have given me a Blue label.

Ooooooh.... I don't like hearing this. I had a Standard sub Received 4/13 (almost 2 weeks after yours) that I got back on 4/26 I sent a NEW Standard Submission in that was received 5/18 and within a couple days went from SFG to GEI so I was encouraged that I'd get it back soon. But after seeing your post....... yikes

I wonder if an Econ FT received today at CGC would beat a reg Econ that was received Aug of '21. Today is June 1.... I have now officially passed the 1 year mark since I sent my slow Economy submission in.

I guess if we go by their posted Tats we're still within the threshold, but it's weird to hear someone who's "Standard subs" were received a week after mine and has theirs "shipped" already. I'm sure mine will be shipped within a couple days, cuz they don't have problems with the Standard tier. I'm just so frustrated with my Economy tier subs that it's affecting my expectations for all my other submissions.

I saw this one on ebay and it made me wonder..... how many UK variants have been marked up to look like US copies? This one is a particularly bad job.

I recently found "Poderoso Thor" #1 (from 1967) which is the Brazilian edition of JIM 83/84. Unfortunately they used the cover to 84. I also found #2 which is the Brazilian edition of JIM 85/86

Great find. I don't know much about it's value, but I will say the foreign edition market is blowing up right now for Key issues.

Question: If your Economy submission takes over a year to get back can you apply 2 years worth of membership credits to the order?

It's like they're trying to "teach us a lesson". Well, the lesson worked.... I will NEVER use the regular Economy tier again. Shame on me for trying to save a little money while their prices have gone up.
