I know that Ross has a street sign that says Hudson Street, but that's on the opposite side of the Seaport, in Tribeca.

If Spidey was on Hudson street it would've taken him more than 16 seconds to get to the Seaport. 

I think that shot of the ferry boat is on The South Street Seaport. It's the only pier in NYC that has an elevated roadway above it. Which btw is the FDR. Also, I think I've might found the fire hydrant.

Clearly there is a breakdown or lack of security follow ups on employees that sell books.  Now while they may have gotten permission to sell books it is obvious that what they are selling is not checked by the company.  I'm assuming that going forward that will not be the case because frankly these two employees are ruining CGC's business reputation on integrity.       

For me I've had issue with "Consultants" who come in and grade and also sell books.

That wouldn't matter because he would deny it anyway.  The last time that he was outed with a different board name, the higher ups allowed him to keep posting even though they knew it was him. They felt that as long as he behaved he was allowed to play in our sand lot. I just find it ironic that he's posting on this thread regarding a fellow crook/scammer. Pot meet kettle.

As far as Dupcak, if you look at his auction raw books, almost every one of them has the appearance of trimming.  On some of the auctions he used to disclose the trimming in the description, and on others he chose not to disclose.  He is an individual of many deceptive skills and extremely knowledgeable in all their practices.  He was quite the wealth of information when he used to post on these forums...

He's made millions of dollars that way for the past 25 years.

Dupcak probably bought the slab from him on ebay without realizing who he was. These are books that he specializes in, high end mid grade books that he can work his magic on.
