I'm trying to establish a timeline but you keep ignoring the questions. I'll ask again. No one needs a novel just simple answers would be great. When did you buy the book? When did you confirm the book looked better in hand than you were expecting? When did you ask about the restoration issue? Why didn't you ask about that prior to spending 2k+ on a book? Why didn't you send the book to cgc like you claim you were going to do several times but instead just relisted on eBay? Do you have bidders buy your books on eBay and not actually ship them?

Yet you still have the book. that is some luck I've never had as many books not sell as you do. Seems like every book worth a few hundred + gets relisted and resold over and over again. You are playing games. You tried to have your cake and eat it. (you were hoping to make money by buying the book and when you couldn't you created a false return). So lay the timeline out nice and clear for all of us. No wall of text with unimportant information. When did you buy the book? When did you ask about a restoration policy? After the first time it didn't sell well on eBay or after the second time it didn't sell well on eBay?

Every single one from my box today has a 4" or greater scratch that all originates from the label area into the middle of the book or all the way to the bottom of the case.

Previous sale on a 232 was 20k...not that much of a stretch to think someone paid 22k after the recent passing The 251 seems less likely to have happened (no feedback given either side and a huge jump in price).

Label date that it was signed last year instead of being signed last week.

Was CGC to blame for it? Sure. That doesn't excuse someone from specifically exploiting it. Or where he admitted to overgrading books just to see if he'd get a return on not.

Did you miss the part where he intentionally sent in restored and incomplete books with a character label to exploit a glitch in cgcs labels?

Haha 8/10 and don't have a ship notification and can't seem to get to my old order as I don't have the stupid cgc number just the order number which isn't working

Just came to look in the thread for the exact same answer mine have dropped off the 8 month list.
