Ok if you want me to talk about myself @Wall-Crawler I can hahaha This show is typically a social show being in Niagara everyone is close and few commute so everyone can get together after hours. Show is mainly smaller celebs as it's not Toronto or a huge city. The room is like most shows with a bunch of comic dealers and pop culture stuff and then a few vendors who you scratch your head at wondering how they'll make money. I took a few pics of our booth but not if the show floor as this was the busiest the show has ever been apparently waiting 3 years for a show meant everyone wanted to go. Saturday was 2 hrs to get in from the line wrapped around the entire building. The usa guys were not as plentiful in times past but the cdn crowd showed up. We did more business this show than we did in March at Toronto con... That should say how awesome this show was. There weren't too many huge books in the room. A couple af15s, asm1s, x1, h181 etc. (humble brag) we had the most big books but we know they don't typically sell here. Smaller books moved like hotcakes. This is honestly the most fun con we do as a vendor as it's half a social show. Each night we got to hang with a different group which is always fun. Here's our booth pics for those who care.

yes yes it is. When the dylan fiasco happened I search about 10 books and after that was unable to verify (as were others).

Oh shoot I've already checked too many today and CGC has locked me out from verifying and viewing the notes. I mean it's only 930am and the con runs all weekend but I guess I'm done buying slabs for the day. Meanwhile Bob sorry I can't help you till I'm done with this customer, I don't want to take multiple books off the wall as they seem to grow legs and walk away when I can't watch my inventory.

8/12 Econ no movement still in SFG

I was beyond shocked to find it tossed in the box without any notification from CGC. They would have had to go through the process of editing the graders notes and grade on the serial number (as they kept those the same). Clearly a few people in the process knew what had happened in order to make those corrections. Very disappointed in the entire process of it. This isn't a oops we missed labeled it and didn't realize it or oops there are shards of plastic and we didn't realize it. Instead a few members realized it and just hoped to essentially pass the buck to the client.

That is what our consensus is on our end as well

CGC is really making me frustrated. Creep Engine reholder grade dropped from 9.8 to 9.4. Notes updated to include tear on back cover. CGC never bothered to contact me saying the book was damaged, almost like they hoped I wouldn't notice it. Looks like a screwdriver went through the back by the staple. It's taken 6 emails to CGC and we are currently at the stage of can you send us more pictures of the book before you sent it to us (not sure why they need more photos) it was sent to CGC still encapsulated so the only and I mean ONLY place it could have been damaged was by CGC when they removed it from their already damaging holder. @CGC Mike I know this isn't on you but this is just wrong. CGC dun screwed up and should be like hey we dun screwed up we'll make it right. Instead we are over a week into this saga with emails that have just asked for more and more photos to "investigate".

It's not... They damaged a book taking it out of a creep engine case and didn't bother to contact me. Just expected me not to notice a 9.8 get changed into a 9.4 😭

Anyone have current TATs for CGC replying to emails

Don't worry we've heard your call and are now grading VHS! No we haven't improved TATs, QC or CS but we are grading VHS!!!

I'm sure James will eventually We'll be on it
