Yes I know I print the label myself. However being international means they have to email it to me, which I have not gotten. My point is what is the point in sending out a survey if the "ticket/request" hasn't been finished. Even if it's automated it shouldn't be emailed out until the CS rep has deemed the case closed.

@CGC Mike are we seriously sending out a survey asking if we are satisfied before we have even gotten any sort of resolution. Email CGC asking for return label for QC issues on September 21 CGC emails back (Sept 23) saying I'll get you a label and send it over when it's completed. 2 hrs later survey sent out. Am I satisfied? Of course not. I haven't got my label yet.

1 I shouldn't have to check and make sure they've done it right. They should just do it right. I never used to have to check book by book to see if there are mistakes. In 2022 I don't think we've had a fully clean submission this year. Cgc has reduced the discount for dealers. This might be the straw that I no longer submit for anyone else. I can't be bothered to now have to explain why his book will take another month. Get grief from them and have them pissed off at me with something that is totally outside my control. 2 that doesn't help when they put an Xmen 4 label on my Xmen 14 annual and am Xmen 14 annual on my Xmen 4. That doesn't help when they seal hairs, shards and junk into the case.

@CGC Mike I can't honestly only do so much of cgcs GD job for them and they still make simple mistakes. Best of all qc 5 checker missed it. Like holy cow.

It also calls into question when I sub 3 of the same book. 1 comes back a 9.8 1 comes back a 9.6 1 comes back a 9.4 are there any real assurances that CGC has put them in the right holder?

Wow I'm so glad we have new qc ppl. @CGC Mike I don't think I've had a single submission in 2022 come back without issues.

Good thing they are coverless. Every book I've had to be recased has come back damaged (9.8's having multiple spine ticks etc).

Yes the Quinn op was done correctly. Friends waited almost 4hrs for Charlie hunnam. It left them about 2 hrs to do the rest of the show on Sunday.

We had a good show. We got moved cause of last minute show changes re stranger things/cobra kai. We had several people tell us the celeb area was a chit show and that they waited 4+ hrs just to see someone (which needs to be fixed). No one wants that. Issue specific ticket times or something like that. Booth costs next year are HUGE Increase as they are going from 8x8 to 10x10. Don't think you'll see any "weekend" warriors doing the show when a single booth will be almost $2000 for the weekend. Very crowded in the general areas show floor didn't have a ton of cosplayers which is nice as those swords and what not just whack ppl trying to walk the floor.

@CGC Mike I trust cgc upper management has come up with answers to the vast questions. Maybe they can just admit they were wrong and this whole situation can poof like any mention of negativity.

Since we are now accepting of acetate covers over top of old unused stock. Does this mean that next year we can then put a foil cover over top of the acetate over top of the stock cover? @CGC Mike let me know when cgc wants to stop making their decision into a mockery.

@Buzzetta trying to get some of your questions officially answered here. It took cgc 25 days to admit they dun screwed da pooch on invisible books. Hopefully we'll get a quicker and better result here.
