Here's a few pics of my comics/movies/music room. Modest, but organized.
Give it time. It will never be as organized as it is in those photos.

Avengers #318 only SS out of 15 graded 9.8's

How long did it take?

Who was the guy that got freed and Bill Paxton said something like sweet dreams? The camera lingered on him, was that important?

That image is also featured on a print that I have. I believe it came out around the time the show started.

yea.... highly illegal.

I gotta say, the prices people are expecting to get for these comicpro variants are nuts... especially when they don't even give a good condition description or give good enough pics to be able to spot any color breaking creases.
My favorite are the iphone ebay app uploads. The photo resolution on those already sucks then you add what seems to be hotel room lighting on a dark cover and voila you have successfully made a terrible ebay listing.

That's an amazing story. You should share it in the comics general as well.

This is my memory of a very large convention from the very early 1970s. To do it I downloaded three photos I found on the internet which suggested the ballroom, but most of it is just the way I remember it-- hundreds of old boys and young men, no comic boxes but stacks of comics and comics in makeshift boxes, scraggly hair, clothes from the 1950s both in style and age, Maggie, Paty and the Vartinoff sisters and people having fun in their own way. It is sort of a "Where's Waldo" for comic fans. If I get a bit of time I will colour it.
That's supposed to be a young Ron Kasman second from the lower left corner and up a bit, not the one with the facial hair-- the one with the acne. I would have been seventeen.
Dude! This is great. I could see this being an awesome print. I can't wait to see it coloured (to use your spelling)!

Dropping bombs like a Outkast song banned from American airwaves.
I don't come here often. But its posts like these that make sure I come back. (I mean that in a good way Jimmy)

Sergio messaged me about a book, paid quickly, and we had a smooth and easy transaction. Dont let his low post count deter you.

Does anyone feel that Tony Moore shouldn't be bothered with signing any books after #24?
I just feel like I'm bothering him asking him to sign or sketch anything WD related. He's done with it.
I've thought about this for a long time. If I did ask him, all I would be thinking about is him thinking about just the money and his heart wouldn't be into it as much.
Just my
I mean I'm not a SS chaser anyways. But anything new WD related, I wouldn't want TM sig on it. Leave the guy alone, imo.
Anyone remotely feel this way?
If I were to get a commission by TM, it would have to be TWD. I don't care how tired he is with it.
I posted 4 photos (each of a different sketch card) on instagram. They were a zombie, Rick, Deadpool, and Venom he did at various functions. All four in a row and all tagging him. He only liked the Deadpool and Venom. I found that to be kind of interesting.

One of 2 9.8's and the only SS 9.8.

After 6 months of waiting for my 9.8 CGC graded "mystery" WD book from Dynamic Forces. It has finally shipped. Ordered 4/03/2013 Shipped 10/21/2013
Should be here tomorrow. Probably gonna be some #100 random variant, one of the covers I can't stand.
Let's face it some of those #100 covers are garbage. But the registry demands it!!
And yes from now on I won't use DF, sorry DF but 6 months is way to long to wait for a graded book. (if your reading)
I might have mentioned this before (sorry if I have). I wanted one of the sketches by Ken Haeser on their site but it was $200. I contacted him on facebook about getting the same thing done but with a different character order and voila! Half price. Much easier to deal with.

I don't even know what to say about this. A friend of mine posted this on facebook.
Discuss amongst yourselves while I go milk the cash cow.

Why do people care about grades on sketch covers? I wish they would NG all of them so that the TAT would be faster. Sayger was the first to change my views on grades with sketch covers. Or at least make me not care about them.

Hurry up and get that Pope book done.

Got this up yesterday at Derby City Comic Con. I thought Rick and Michonne might be overdone so I decided to get a zombie version of myself. Definitely my favorite piece in my art collection now.
