Of course you know I was using satire with the post count thing, and I am sure you know that the point I was making is that you go out of your way to not exclude anybody, including me, and if anybody should be excluded, it is me.

I think it is more of a boot camp experience and not running to the DI when somebody shorts your sheets (an equivalent of pushing the button is what I mean) and is what I interpreted about the commentary. Sometimes things don't need to be fixed because of sensitivity of a few. It is a learning experience. It is not so bad. I don't really think it is a put down or intended to belittle.

I have been to scared and intimidated to take part in your wonderful contest held every year, because I am not a seasoned comics collector, even though you encouraged me to take part. I enjoy it as it unfolds and who got what and your pictorial commentary as the guesses roll in are priceless. I am a closet DR.X contest junkie. I finally decided to come out of the closet and acknowledge your kind and selfless work. But, you are old guard and have more posts than me and you are more popular than me and and peopel threw parties and parades when I received a strike, and....well, I am going to call mom about this. I do collect change and put it in empty Metamucil containers, and have done so for the last 20 years. They are labeled 1c, 5c, 10c, .25c. There are a hell of a lot of those containers in the basement (observation: for some reason, there are more 5c than 1c. I wouldn't have thought that). I just might donate to your cause. (Can I deduct it? Are you a 503 charity organization?).

The opinion is summed up rather clearly in the last sentence of his observation, imho. I concur with that last sentence.

I am being self protective. ccgmod1 would love to keep plastering my name on that thing...not that I deserve it or anything like that or anything....

Can you do away with the Strike thread, and the Dog Like Sparky thing? It is sort of an annoying and useless forum/thread/public shaming punishment thing, whatever you want to call it.

What I really mean is the whole thread should be trashed. It is stoobid. The only worth it has now is to show ccgmod1 had a lot of fun between Oct. and Feb. 2017. It would also be nice if they remove Dog Like Sparky name from the Strike thread. I mean, it has been a year, and the strike krap isn't a public shame tread anymore. Maybe that would help in modernization of the "new" boards.

I am sure he has Medicare coverage, and as such, home care nursing is covered by Medicare for certain conditions. If he has home care via a Medicare home care healthcare provider, I would posit that he is the one that is being abused. He may even enjoy bath time, if the right care givers are involved.

Serious question, any opinion on the Stan lee Foundation? Any opinion on his donations to various charities over the years, (publicly listed), and to date totaling $5.6 Mil? After all, if he is the curmudgeon Midas you opine, he would not be giving anything to anyone, would he? He regularly appears at charity events around the D.C area.

I don't know if this helps or not, but the HO4 policy w/ the riders and limits you state you have, should cover the cost of a licensed appraiser that is recognized for the necessary evaluation of the particular item(s). Give the property list to that person, and relax. if I saw the language of the Rider, I could verify, but your agent should be able to answer this, and more particularly, back up the answer with policy language and description of same that applies to the policy. Loss valuation is not always loss valuation, or for that matter, evaluation. The goal here is value agreement within the language of the policy.
