  1. I have some ketchupping to do. Nothing recent.
  2. I imagine much or most of the dialogue will sound like it's coming from bored, sedated, quaalude addicts.
  3. Mike Royer asked me to assist him at the 2019 SDCC since his wife wasn't interested in making the long trip and I was willing to drive, allowing him to bring more items to sell at his table. He mentioned he would be bringing a box of his file copies to try and sell off, so I got some Mylite2's & Fullbacks and gave them their first source of protection. Obviously, that meant no NM's, but they were all bright, shiny, and flat. There were roughly 180-200 books ranging from the 70's to about 2005. He sold maybe 2 or 3 books, and to one person. Otherwise, there was no real interest. Sunday night after closing he made me an offer and I accepted even though I already had most of them. No problem- I have 4 grandchildren, and file copies are cool of course. I haven't scanned them all but here are many (including the copies I already had).
  4. Yep, each book has a contribution from Mike (and a sig). He used the pseudonym, "Eugene Hackmore" for the Savage Humor issue. ARC has a reprint of the Annikki story in High Adventure.
  5. I'll probably pass. I've never been a fan of the 'home invasion' type films.
  6. "Remaking" is just about the last thing I think he'll be doing with this classic.
  7. Apparently, Hugh Grant is confirming his cameo character and Craig's character are married. I notice no one was really talking about it before his announcement, and I'm guessing it's because the filmmakers didn't go to the media before the release in order to shout about it to the heavens, making it sound like that tiny scene is what the film is about. That's how to "include" something without shoving it in people's faces. We thought the first film was better because the setting seemed more "whodunnit?", but we did like this. Neither one of us even commented on the scene because we really didn't notice it. and it wasn't until I saw Grant's comment that I even remembered his cameo. If this were a Disney film, we'd have already known about it before seeing it. If this were a Disney film, they would probably have made such a big deal about it that we wouldn't have seen the film at all.
  8. I'm not buying comics that much these days, but commissions are still fun.
  9. Sounds like a win-win. We lose him as Superman, but now we get something new made with the passion of a FAN. I have no idea what Warhammer is, and that doesn't matter. I'm still looking forward to seeing something meant to entertain me.
  10. In a trailer Indy says, "I don't believe in magic." Like the writers, I guess Indy never saw any of the films.
