It seems out of character choosing to fight humans who are armed with arrows & a retractable tomahawk when there are evil humans at the time with relatively far more advanced weapons. It doesn't fit the first film.

Personally, I do nothing if it isn't meant for cracking. Newton rings don't bother me since my slabs go in a box, and when I occasionally look at one with rings, honestly, I have to look for them by angling the slab in a way that I can't see the cover anyway.

Even though Marvel hired Jeff Goldblum to be Jeff Goldblum pretending he's the Grandmaster, I just can't see them hiring Stern to be Stern pretending his name is Doom. Stern as Stern? No problem. I wish someone would make a movie we want to see, but with someone we don't know. Did anyone really care that Christopher Reeve wasn't a household name when they stood in line to finally see a Superman movie? I sure didn't.

If he and Jack Black make a movie, I cringe at the likely streak-off. Not that I'd watch it.

What do you suppose the odds are that he'll run around in his underwear?

The WBN 32 is barely an upgrade, but I'd say it's at least one grade (0.5) higher.

Now if a film with a built-in fanbase does poorly, it's because of the fans. It used to be, "Is our film good enough for you to like?" Now it's, "Are you good enough to like our film?"
