That’s fair, your feelings are never wrong.  Your legal conclusions are wrong, but not your feelings.  If you want me to convince you that your legal conclusions are wrong it will require a retainer upfront and then an hourly rate.  As long as the payments clear we can discuss as long as it takes.

Think how much more successful you would have been if you had stapled acetate covers to your unsold stock 40 years ago!

The real victims in all of this are the Miles Morales fans that really wanted a copy of the reprint with a cool plastic cover stapled to it and were not able to buy one for $85 and must now pay the scalpers premium.

Interesting. Having been involved in comics retail since 1978, opening my first store in 1990, and growing to six stores at present, I thought I knew everything about speculation as it relates to comic collecting.
