  1. I do like the Odin. Nice job on your son's birthday cake as well.
  2. Haha nice. Yea puns are kind of a fun albeit corny way to entertain yourself. The more outlandish the better
  3. I picked these up, but I'm kinda pissed because I can't find Tom Corbett: Space Cadet #8 With that book and these three, I paid $27.85 but I believe the Corbett was what made it all worth it.... dangit. I suppose it'll turn up someday. I'm just happy to find some older comics at the local auction.
  4. Nice man! I love drawing lines, and getting lost in the ink. What kind of pen did you use? I love these bad boys:
  5. I was bored one night= This one is a Blast Beer public service announcement, reminding us to always consider blowing off law enforcement at least until your beer's gone.
  6. Yea and give everyone in the theater their own popup screens, closed captioning, cliff's notes, plug in headphones, free wifi, slow-mo, 3d, popcorn and soda attendants along with reclining padded Potty-chair seating and... crayons to fill out the word searches. Heres the answer key for our lazier customers: "DANGER" "WARNING" "HAPPENING" "OCCURANCE" "SITIATION" "PLOT" etc.. Finally culminating in a pause function in case anybody missed anything so everyone can yell "duh." and accidentally burst open a bag of $7 Skittles to make it rain for all the High Fructose Corn Syrupians. ok I'm done. just had a little societal loathing I needed to vent
  7. DANGER IMPACT IMMINENT COLLISION DETECTION TRIGGERED ESCAPE PODS ENABLED ARMAMENT DETACHMENT PERMANENT CAUSTIC CAUTION WARNING DEVIATING DISASTER DECOMPRESSION CANISTER INTEGRITY BREACH INFILTRATION CONTAINMENT FAIL FAULT. WILL LOCKDOWN IN 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... DISASTER COMPLETE
  8. It actually made me when Jamie Foxx was staggering like an angry person_having_a_hard_time_understanding_my_point yoinking his new wash-off dinosaur shaped bath crayons from the hands of the only (normal) kid at his party and said "Its My Birthday" They should have left out the "its time for me to light my candles" part. Just have him trash Times Square like a fat little sociopath thud with an IQ of 60/spam taquito breath, and I would have made my day.
  9. Thanks for posting this. That painting was so awesome I had to read the wiki... ok interested...then I did a google Image search for H.R. Giger's homage to it, and under the image search I saw Curiator.com pop up a few times, so I then checked that out... It seems like an awesome art sharing website! Im stoked! Sorry for all the rambling, just wanted to say thanks for the rabbit hole man!
  10. I saw it, I liked it. It didn't blow me out of the water, but I thought it was a good flick.
  11. Got this Game-Boy Advance SP for $3 at a thrift sale last summer.
  12. Paid $1 each for these at an end of summer garage sale. They had tons of gaming drek, but a few good items I guess. The converter makes your Game-boy advance SP able to play japanese nintendo games with video output, and the onslaught genesis game is worth a bit more than a dollar according to pricecharting (right now it says $15 loose cart.) I wish I had these peoples gig. Getting all the videogames FREE from a christian thrift store, because they don't allow them there. I bought a few sega cd games from them as well. Apparently they have a basement full of stuff... I can't imagine the cool stuff they recieve. -Another rule of thumb: Talk to people!! Now I know why I never found any games at that store, so I won't waste my time there anymore.
  13. been popping into this thread on/off for a while. I don't own any of this stuff, but thanks for posting cool stuff here, everyone. Its really interesting.
  14. Thanks for all the comments on the N64 stuff guys, it was a great score because of the conker's. I plan on keeping them but I may sell someday... I need to beat Conker's first tho @ Eddragon : I would definitely test them before you sell them, to avoid any nasty returns.. Unless you want to put "untested" and maybe make less cash. Generally games *should* work... but you never know.
  15. got this for $20 at a thrift-sale. Great condition carts as well.
  16. Thats pretty cool, what character is that, or is it an original?
  17. -Sweet score on the top loader NES a few pages back. -As for selling the Purses, more power to you man!!, I wish my woman would let me sell all the old Sinful shirts and Random $100 blue jeans she has... but she has a complex.... nobody can own her old things unless she knows the person, *AND* they'll take good care of, *AND* only if she wants someone to own it after her, *AND* only if its the right time to give it, *AND* only if they're worthy, *AND* only if shes decided to let go, *AND* ..."NO REASON TO GIVE IT AWAY WHATSOEVER... ITS MINE AND IM NOT GONNA USE IT AGAIN, BUT I WONT EvEN TAKE THE TIME TO THROW IT AT SOMEONE WHO WILL PICK IT UP AND THANK ME FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"........etc You can see a hint of frustration I'm a guy who will give mess away If someone can use it, and keeps a mental inventory of mess people have available, or need. bah... Women...
  18. not too huge, 20 or 30 games, trying to get all the good ones for sure. goes as well for my sega cd, dreamcast, nes, 32x, playstation, n64 and xbox as well. too many games . edit: do intend on getting all three of the dreamcast recommendations as well
