  1. Tons of dreams. I just feel like when I sleep I'm visiting the astral realm, and hot damn I must be having a great time because what I remember is nuts. Some of the things I can't even imagine...they have to be from someplace. Just nuts man
  2. Thanks for the suggestions. Ive been watching tons of video game videos for about six months, so I have ran across a few DC game reviews, but I really don't know the library well at all. I saw a cool looking game called "IllBleed" im gonna check out too, along with Jet Grind Radio, Sonic Adventure 2, Resident Evil: code veronice, blue stinger, etc Thanks again
  3. Eyes are the hardest things to master, would seem simple but........... Here's some that I've done. A friends son. My favorite that I drew a year ago, sepia toned in photoshop. All charcoal otherwise. Doohickamabob you are there with your work, looking very good. I've said it before but that Charlie Chaplin knocks my socks off. Great job on that Right!? I can't even begin to believe that its possible to make Photo-Realistic pieces like that, but I've seen it time and time again. Friggin' Crazy. Props to your skill, I'm sure it took alot of hard work and dedication. And to everyone else, thanks for sharing! What I love about art is ANYONE can do it.... Sure, people say that they suck at it, but I don't believe that one bit. You just have to do it. Things will come out if you let them, thats the beauty of letting go. Nobody sucks, there's just people who don't try long enough.
  4. Yes I think just the Pak goes for 20-25 all day long on Ebay. In box, probably not too much more, but I think its worth at least 30-35, so for the 10 i payed I am happy.
  5. I love Dreamcast, which games do you have for it? ugh they were all mess games.. NBA2k, Nfl2k, Bass fishing, Rainbow six, a couple of racing games.... scratched to mess... It was weird because the system/box and system paperwork is in GREAT shape, but they abused the games. I almost thought I would find a friggin Beiber CD with it, the games were in BAD BAD Taste. MUST BUY GOOD GAMES...!
  6. the key really is persistence... you don't find much at all, most of the time. But if you keep your eyes peeled, and stop at that thrift sale even if you REALLY REALLY dont want to.... thats when you find a gem. you should take a few shots in the dark, never know what you might find
  7. Nice job on the monster painting! Keep up the good work side note: I loled because for some reason i thought if you painted him holding a little bouquet of wilted daisies it would be even creepier.
  8. thanks for the kinds words haha yea... I'm Mr. Nastymind. My drawings usually end up with tons of layers, so you can never tell what might be in there.
  9. I love Dreamcast, which games do you have for it? sadly they were all sports and like racing.
  10. Haha I didn't even notice that. Come to think of it... see that *extremely* yellow knockoff Nintendo Seal of Quality on the packaging? It says "Official Innovation Seal of Quality."
  11. I got a few decent deals lately. First one is these 4 official Nintendo cases, and a SMB/Duck Hunt manual. Found them in a bin at a pawn shop, got the lot for 50 cents. Next at Pawn America I scored this N64 Expansion Pack in the box. I'm not exactly sure if its complete or not, seems to have everything it needs. This I paid $9.99 (about 1/3 its value) Stopped at a GoodWill today, expecting to find nothing... .Then BAM! Boxed Sega DreamCast! I have been wanting to get one of these for my gaming collection, so this worked out perfect. It had 2 controllers, 1 memory card(?), 1Red VMU, All the Dreamcast Manuals/hookups, and 10 games w/booklets. My only complaints were : The original owner threw out the jewel cases, wtf?! and they put one strip packing tape all around the box, for securing it... I got most of it off ok, but peeled a little ink of the Box. I payed $34.99 not the *Best* deal I know, but the console was in great condition too. I'll pay a little more for quality. ...and lastly, I payed $5 at a Pawn shop for this New/Old stock 3rd party NES controller. It has turbo buttons and is really cheaply made. The blue front is actually a sticker that will definitely come off.... If i actually was gonna use it. I just thought it was cool that It never got opened or played with all these years. ------------------------- Thanks for checking my stuff out! Later!
  12. Yea the Butterfinger's tasted super bitter after the sweetness wore off. Haha I bought it cuz it was cheap but yea, thats a pretty awesome cover.
  13. TRUE STORY: One time I picked up a Caffeinated ButterFinger, called ButterFinger Buzz, from a clearance rack at a gas station. It rang up .01 soooo 1 cents. I went back and grabbed every last one. I bought 29 butterfinger buzz for 29 cents on my debit card . That was awesome too.... just thought I'd let you all know, retroactively.
  14. Got this for $3. The pages are undamaged, off white. 3/4 inch spine split, etc
  15. This may not mean much to anyone else here, but I skateboarded all the time in my teens. Now... that was the mid 90's, so we had wood, double kicktail setups. Heres a really old school Nash board. I wanted to have one, as a relic of the beginnings of the sport I love. Was only $1.00 so I feel like it was well worth it
  16. Nice man, Can't wait til I get a great find like that. My best has yet to come....
  17. Got both these boxed NES games for $3.00 total - local auction The Sky Shark is missing the instructions, still a great price
  18. If you are buying these for resale, please PM me before buying these kind of items. I can offer you some advice if you interested. It is solely up to you. If you bought these for yourself, it is good that you saved on ebay shipping. Respectfully, 'mint' No worries man, I've recently started buying retro gaming stuff from my youth, so these are for me. The price was right, and now I have an extra. If I try to mod it and screw up, I always have another. I'm too lazy to be a merchant anyhow
  19. I sadly am not old enough to have experienced Jarts. I do remember my supervisor telling me he passed out blackout drunk once, and his friends found him playing Jarts in the middle of the night, only in his Whitey-Tighties. I dont know why I'm telling you all this, but its pretty freaking funny if you ask me.
