  1. This is what happens when you refuse to acknowledge a not so secret "secret".
  2. Chock Full of Clot Choke on a Clot Clot Choke These are all viable names for the future...
  3. @Bosco685 Go back to it now and check out what I did.
  4. Usually, no one 'mistakenly' clicks a spoiler. They just don't have self control. I will put an even bigger warning though. You are right about the possibility.
  5. New York Dolls were decent though... I've always appreciated a good New York Dolls cover by Morrissey as well.
  6. Oh I thought you saw them already. He disputed the one where four people are sitting at a table as the top half of one of the people seem to be photoshopped at a table that has legs that appear... "off"... For those that have seen the pic... don't spoil it... for those that have not... don't hate the player... hate the game... Here it is... SPOILER ALERT
  7. Bedrock set up a joke sales thread in the sales thread area. A forum user, (Note: NOT admin - humped the button and complained) Admin agreed with the complaint and moderated the sales thread. Basically - Someone told him, "No" He thought that it was unfair. Bedrock called CGC Headquarters I want to believe that he sounded like Cameron Frye impersonating Sloan Peterson's Dad in Ferris Bueller when he spoke to CGC He wanted the boards overhauled and wanted Dena and others like Mike and Sharon gone. Bedrock did not get his own way so he took his ball and went home to have a pow wow with those that agreed with him. For anyone that likes to private message, text, email, and the like... Did I sum it up as succinctly as possible?
  8. Some Things Usually tend to be under appreciated if you know what I mean. Like jam bands...
  9. Buster Poindexter... For anyone that doesn't get the joke... look it up.
  10. I always thought it kind of looked like David Johansen of the New York Dolls.
  11. Spider-man No Way Home will probably be the first movie that draws me back into the theater.
  12. I do not have a single comic book out on display.
  13. Yes, you are correct. I remember Vince of Metro, Ritchie Muchin and a few others... I remember sneaking over there by taking the LIRR with a pocket full of cash and coming back home with silver age spider-mans.
  14. Oh easy... The show at the Days Inn Comic Show in Rockville Centre... (Gone but never forgotten) I believe that @shadroch is familiar with it. I forget, but I honestly don't know if @mrwoogieman remembers or ever went to those...
  15. Hm I forgot that there were some cool moments in Secret Wars... I think I am about to pull out the old iPad and read some.
  16. It does not even qualify as being "aware."
  17. It's not cyberbullying. It's not even close to cyberbullying.
  18. Fair point but that could be explained... I wasn't so sold on that. I thought the copy in and of itself had decent eye appeal. I do think that it was substandard compared to another book around the grade that might have presented better than grade. I don't have access to Heritage at work so I cannot compare. Also, let's be honest. Anyone on the dealer side of things is not going to gush about how great it is even if it is great. I would also be curious to know if Torpedo made an offer on the book "It's doesn't have great eye appeal but if you are looking for cash perhaps we could work it out." Any chance the owner of the book (even if at that time) can shed some light on this book and that episode? I remember when Greg Reece was on he described the experience.
  19. I thought he looked more like if someone crossed Chris Evans with John Krasinski Seller probably knew he wasn't selling it the minute he walked through the doors but I will say it was / is an excellent way to get exposure for the hobby and the book itself.
  20. Take all 6 Ornaments Individually I have them listed for $129 Take all seven ornaments for $104 This will be prorated if any one thing sells.
