Tokyo Drift was retconned to take place between 6 and 7. 5 was when they flee to Brazil with Dwayne Johnson sent in to track them down and instead they do a bank heist. Give Hobbes and Shaw though a try. It takes place after Fast 8.

The problem with Marvel movies moving forward is that there is an anticipation for a culminating chapter or movie. When we got Iron Man, the tag at the end of Nick Fury asking Tony about the Avengers initiative got the audience excited. Would we actually get an Avengers? Then we had Thor and Captain America and Hulk and things were in place. The culminating movie was Avengers. Then the tag at the end of Avengers with Thanos got everyone excited because we knew where this was headed. The moment that Thanos appeared and that we realized that the Tesseract could be an infinity stone we kind of knew where this was headed and every chapter would take us another step toward an 'Endgame'. We need a new 'Endgame' Black Widow was a filler movie and that is part of its problem. At no point was I ever in suspense as to the fate of Natasha by the end of the movie because I already knew she lives and where it will go. Now, if Marvel wants to capture the audience again, they have to tease another big event within the next couple of movies. They have kind of done that with Kang in the Loki series but I do not know if that is enough until they introduce the threat to everyone. So how will the Eternals push the narrative toward Kang? So how will Shang Chi push the narrative toward Kang? Dr Strange and Spider-man will... but the next two movies need to hint toward being part of the bigger narrative in some way be it a teaser, reference, or tag otherwise these movies are like side quests in a video game.

I liked the first one. But as far as the sequels went, I genuinely liked the heist aspect for reinventing the series. 2, 3, 4 were just new versions of the first one while #5 was able to pull off something new without venturing into the ridiculous aspect. Five was basically Ocean's 11 with cars and I really liked Ocean's 11.

Umm... found a stream last night. Summer viewing of 2021 movies... 1 - Jungle Cruise 2 - Quiet Place 2 3 - The Suicide Squad 4 - Free Guy 5 - Black Widow 6 - The Fast and the Furious Free Guy was good. Don't get me wrong. I liked it. I just thought that some of the others were slightly better and Jungle Cruise easily maintains the number one spot.

Fast Five is still the fasted and most furious. I would still like to see a Hobbes and Shaw sequel. That was fun.

He looks like if, "Do you have a cigarette bro?" was an actual person.

Biggest disappointment stems from the recent internet reviews of Transformers Kingdom Tracks. The figure does not peg in or align and the legs are a disaster in every review I saw. Cancelled the Hasbro order for Kingdom Tracks and am keeping my MP to open one day.

I think if you are offering things at cost or less to the group it is alright but if you are selling to make a buck it should probably be in the sales threads. A decision like that is above my paygrade. However, I have picked things up and been in Target or Walmart asking if anyone was looking for something at cost to people in this group.

Let us not forget that former member 'Aliens' was both put in our HOS and action was taken by CBCS after he revealed that he had forged Ditko signatures on raw books here and had submitted Ditko signatures there to be verified and graded and sold. They would not say exactly what they did but they took action and hinted that he was banned from submitting any other books based on the information obtained by the serial numbers on the books he sold and the account associated with them.
