Suddenly I feel the need to spend $100 just to send some cards in that really aren't worth anything nor anything that really should be graded just to further delay time for everyone else who REALLY wants cards graded. OMG.... now I know what it is like to have moderns graded.

I don't think they know that the marketplace even exists. When they do, they better not give cause to shut the whole thing down.

I think the moderation team is going to love-love-love it when the pokemon and magic collectors discover the marketplace and the marketplace discussion area. They are already making quite the name for themselves in their sub-forum.

It is allowed once per thread. I had brought that up last time and @comicdonna confirmed it. It must be a simple, "Please be advised that this person is currently on the probation list / on the hall of shame list" and a link can be provided to the list or discussion for prospective buyers to read but nothing more. However, if anyone buys from the guy on the list or does business they can very well expect many others to drop that like day old dog poop as well. You broke the code ma man... you broke the code.

One book... I sent one book. But it made it there on the last day and is still marked as, 'received'. Such is life. My book was not worth as much (A pittance really) as what I can only imagine was sent down for him to sign. I would hope that a Turtles 1 in a higher grade is not being transported around the country though. That could become problematic.

Just putting this out there in case it becomes a thing. I bought repro Vintage Star Wars stickers from a European seller. I gave it a month after the deadline and contacted the seller asking him a question as to whether or not he sent it out since no tracking information or semblance of one was offered. He asked me to give it some more time and I agreed. It was a $6.50 repro set shipping included. Some time goes by and I received notification that they closed out my case. (I didn't realize I opened one.) Then, the sticker set shows up a few days later. I contacted the seller asking if he had a Paypal or alternative means of payment so I could make things right and pay for the item. That was three days ago and so far, I have not heard anything. I will probably contact him again this coming weekend but at what point do I move on?
