  1. I don't know if I would call it a key because it can be found relatively cheaply... But... I mostly associate him with the wraparound X-Men 1 book. As previously mentioned, Hush... And... a signature series book I sometimes regret selling... but I put it toward buying something else... (image is still in my comiclink purchases) Lee doesn't seem to have any keys but he definitely has some sensational covers and iconic images like the X-Men 1. I had flipped this...
  2. Booo.... I am not included... the parts in this set are a pain to come by... Easier and cheaper to buy them all at once. Eventually a US dealer will have one. I already have one... but I wanted another. Thanks though...
  3. Damn... nothing... And there was a couple of retired Lego things that are only available in Europe that I wanted.
  4. I looked in my eBay messages... what was the title? I will search through my email inboxes.
  5. Been there 22/23 years... I did not get it.
  6. Very true. A perfect example is ASM129... I was lucky to find my keeper copy shortly before the book popped again. I had a hard time finding one that was centered without that annoying white stripe on the cover due to a miswrap. My copy is the centered copy without the white stripe and the other is an image I pulled from eBay with the white stripe.
  7. Well that just sucks. Very talented guy. I first saw him in '42' and thought he made the movie. I was very pleased to see him in Black Panther and it just set in that for the majority of his marvel career he was filming while being treated for colon cancer.
  8. That was Jaraven7 / Icandothisallday NOT Jaybuck43 Two different people folks...
  9. I checked out with one book ... not a financially sound month at Comiclink
  10. What kills me is that I went after the CBCS Tec 87. I was outbid in the last 7 seconds and threw a hail mary pass.... $900 Turns out someone else also threw a hail mary pass.... $950 His hail mary pass beat mine... and he overpaid because of it. I am hoping I did not raise the value of that book due to my part in a urinating contest. @batman_fan ... take home a Tec tonight?
  11. Nope, it was his response to Roy in the ‘rona thread that was locked. He screenshot the pulled post and texted it.
  12. He’s on a vacation for the weekend. So I tag him then text him links to things he cannot respond to. Lol 😂
  13. If @jaybuck43 could post he would contribute, “Cowabunga.”
  14. Definitely overpaid... but I keep missing this book every time I have tried to secure an upgrade for the past 6 years.
  15. Oh no ... I don't have one at all. I was looking at the one you have and because I know the vehicle like the back of my hand I could tell the whip antenna was not present nor the ammo box. One day I will pick one up again. I am appreciative of the offer though...
  16. Yellow went for less than blue tonight. No I did not bid win either nor bid on either. Come to think of it, I have never owned a copy of GSXM1
  17. Found it... this was when the buyer initiated the return as item not described but then wrote what he did in the return reason. I am guessing the weed was flying free that evening. eBay overturned it in my favor...
  18. I miss this vehicle. I think it was the last or one of the last ones I bought as a kid. Even after all this time I look at it and can instantly tell which parts are missing. Luckily I still have a few seatbelt clips laying around somewhere in case I ever wanted to start putting one together.
  19. I often respond to lowball offers with, "Not even if I needed drug money." I am sure that goes over well with the censors and filters for China and the Philippines.
  20. So Kav did something pretty cool for me knowing my reluctance to ever reaching out to an artist. Apparently Kav has a pretty good relationship with Jeffery Brown illustrator of a couple of well known Star Wars books that focus on Darth Vader raising his kids. Kav knew I liked his art and had recently bid on a piece losing out in last month's comiclink. Like I said, I don't do things like that. So Kav wrote to him telling him my love of Star Wars and my disdain of the NYC Subway. He sent this to Kav to send to me. The caption is in regard to the book I post around here once in awhile, "No one listens to Andrew." Thanks again @kav That was very nice of you.
