With that attitude it’s probably not the only thing that’s been in a sleeve for thirty years.

I already received confirmation and was billed for my three books. Also, when you check the main page under you account and status you should see that they received your books there.

I was reading the underrated / overrated thread when all of a sudden I thought about underutilized. Which characters would have benefitted from being owned by another company? For me? Turok. Had the Gold Key characters of Dr Solar, Magnus Robot Fighter, and / or Turok gone to DC or Marvel would they be in a better place now than sitting in an IP library? Have fun with this.

No idea what the exact terms are. Hasbro revealed this when they used to do the Q&A for the fansites due to questions in regards to the Hasbro 12” line vs Sideshow. it was revealed back then that they reached terms with Sideshow for a very narrow part of the stars wars license but did not reach specifics. -

Hasbro has the ability to sublease. so for instance Hasbro is not going to make sideshow / hot toys level figures but recognizes that there is a small market for it. Sideshow Toy and Hasbro will come to terms under a sublease agreement due to Hasbro having exclusive rights to Star Wars “action figures” and related toys. about 15 years ago Hasbro was successful in shutting down LEGO when they were offering three packs of LEGO Star Wars mini figures as it interfered with the terms of their licensing agreement with Lucasfilm. So LEGO decided to throw in pieces to build a small vehicle or accessory like a speeder bike and that’s how the battle packs were born causing Hasbro to lose standing. -
I’m sitting here in a Nassau County courthouse today for jury selection. Let’s keep me entertained.

This thread is already costing me money. I might now pick up a ticket to see Bocelli again. Saw him last year at MSG with the family and it was truly exceptional.

I was told by eBay CSR to never sell high value items on eBay. I list most books over $500 over the Comiclink Exchange. I just won't accept a bid that does not (in my mind) include the cost of shipping to Comiclink to act as the facilitator of the transaction. To me, selling a book on the exchange is akin to selling the book on eBay with free shipping. I'd like to see them pull something like that with CLink. BTW... he never responded to me... -

I kept it pretty low key compared to the last few years. Picked up some mid grade sci fi ECs and a couple of pages of art. However, the Robin Williams cel was the most gratifying pickup of the year and I have not picked up any Timely hero books in awhile. The runner up for this was a page from the Marvel Transformers series I got my hands on... but we said three.
