@Robot Man Last recorded sale of the #6273 Lego Pirate Set loose but with box and instructions was $200 on eBay. Many of those parts are not currently in production and are sought after. The gas station $40-$60 I would say... with the box? $90? $100. A lot of those parts are still in production and the pieces that are not were included in MANY sets and are easily found online.

Going to take a little break as I open up another bin... In the meantime...
