Post your Garage Sale/Flea Market/Antique Mall Finds Here

Bellmore... I rarely stop by these days because there really isn't anything worth seeing. I figured I would make a pit stop as I was in the area. Any GI Joes were broken to the point that they could not even be used for parts forget about weapons. There were G-VG Fine at best Comics thrown about at VF-NM prices but nothing that I wouldn't place in a discount bin. I was very glad to see this one train guy there as I bought a couple of items from him last year. He always has some nice stuff... I was debating a new engine but I would rather pick up a new engine from Trainland where they will back it up. Not saying these guys are dishonest at all, but with a Lionel engine you cannot test it at the Flea Market and next week is the last set up until next year. I mostly set up the Lego Trains in the basement but if I am going to put a circle on the floor for Christmas you gotta go Old School O Scale Lionel. -

Finally found something worth picking up at the local flea market at the train station on Long Island. Marx Signal Tower - sharp paint produced between - 1938-1952 (according to online research) No bends or tears in the stamped tin litho Lionel Train NYC gondola Car - Date Unknown but judging by the wheel base they are in alignment with the ones my dad had as a kid so I am guessing 1950's. Took home both for $30 to end up under the Christmas tree oval. EDIT: I was right... gondola car was produced between 1954-1956... Mine is the 1954 Version sans barrels. https://www.tandem-associates.com/lionel/lionelcargon.htm#6462 -
This Week In Your Plastic Crack, Action Figures and Toy Collection

Ahem... Picked up both for $35 each plus shipping. I have been buying a lot of GI Joe (More on that later) and realized I had to prioritize as you can't keep everything. Put them up on eBay for $65 each. I just woke up and am boxing a few things up now. After fees I pay for the initial order and then some. Some of the Joe figures, albeit loose, have been kind of expensive like Firefly (with the Walkie Talkie) and Zartan (Complete) so this kind of paid for one of them. -
Deadpool v Gambit: The "V" is for "Vs." Available Books: 2 (2 Copies), 2 Variant, 3, 3 Variant (2 Copies) all pulled for you. One problem... the 2nd "3 Variant" does not exist. That was a typo somehow. I only pictured one. If this is a dealbreaker let me know. Pick a free book to compensate that will not be figured into the final cost as a mea culpa or I will deduct 50 cents off the total of books that actually do exist effectively giving you a free book.
