Opened a case or whatever... it says if the seller does not respond in 4 days I can have eBay step in.

So how long until I should file charges against a seller ? Item purchased 3/23 Week away eBay says i should receive it between 4/7 and 4/12. As of 4/13 - no art As of now two messages sent to seller with no response

Reported today that Indiana Jones Five will be a continuation of the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull... Perhaps that means that they are bringing back Marion as they are now married?

Is Common supposed to be the cinematic Hugo Strange, Amadeus Arkham or whoever his name was, or someone else entirely? Either way... it looks far more entertaining than BvS which I saw for a second time.

Agreed... not cool But there does not seem to be anything inflammatory with them so the person notifying is simply antagonizing moderation and that in itself has been grounds for a warning. (for wasting moderation time)

Again... I am kind and very nice to paypal... they have a different directive of CS prompts and directives it seems than paypal. Lately I seem to get a LOT more done being a to deal with if I meet corporate run around or major resistance when it comes to eBay. A couple of months ago they would not transfer me to a supervisor. The CSR I had must have though that they were partaking in jackassery on the Jackassery Jamboree. I asked if they could hold on so I put my headset on. Then I began loudly clicking keys. I asked the guy by name if they could hear that clicking and banging. He said yes but what did that have to do with anything. I said check my listings. That's me taking them down and listing things on Amazon and on a Comic Book Message board. We had further words... he screamed and hung up on me. I called back. Told them to check the log of CSR who was working with me. We got the sitch-ee-ashun... all sorted out after that AND I got a eBay GC for my trouble.

I have started to find that being a tad bit belligerent gets things done when it comes to eBay while being all out polite gets me places with PayPal At least that has been my experience

Loved it. In fact, that movie has one of the more memorable openings to me (poison etc), and from the beginning to the crash, really a nice entry into a movie for me. I also loved it. I just don't think that jumping into a fridge was any less absurd. I am in the minority. I enjoyed Crystal Skull. I am hoping that whatever Indy V is, that it is not a rehash of the best parts of the first four movies ala Force Awakens.

I just picked up Lego 76044 That is the Batman v Superman rooftop fight. Why? I figured with a few extra parts I can mod it into part of the rooftop to one of the modular buildings. That... and that Armored Batman is too amazing to pass up.

You and your misleading comic book listings for comic books! No excuse for the buyer as they should read the description of what they are paying for. This is what they thought they were getting though. Dark Knight Mezco Figure This was the Dimaond version and seems to be trading at anywhere between $85 to $110 including shipping. $67 + shipping was not far off from the low end. Also I found a mix of comics and toys when I did a simple search for Dark Knight Figure One because this was the first figure in the series. However, with that said, there is no excuse for the buyer not to read the description of what they are buying on eBay. That is on the buyer. Has anyone fought this with eBay and it decided in the seller's favor? I am really asking, I've had this happen to me a few times and I just refund/return since I assume eBay will take the buyer's side. If I feel it is a fight worth fighting - I fight to win. And I do. It has happened on several occasions when I knew I was being scammed. I didn't list this here because at the time I thought there would outrage and drama. There was an incident a couple of years ago when I sold a GI Joe vehicle. The item was advertised and photographed as "vehicle only - no figure included". The description and photos supported the same. The individual made a claim saying he wanted the original figure that went along with it. I told him that the auction not only makes no mention of the figure but clearly indicates that it is not included. Anyone who looks at my listings also knows that my descriptions get to the point and are not walls of text. Anyway the guy then says that he should be entitled to keep the vehicle and receive a refund for his trouble. I disagreed and offered a refund provided I get the item back. Then he gave me a lecture that he protects my rear end because he is active military and I should give it to him for free. That didn't sit well with me. I called up PayPal to personally argue the claim and they agreed with me. They told me that I was under no obligation to accept a return here (even though I offered one) and that they were closing the case.

I saw that part, but it felt much more like a defense strategy and theory rather than what Frank was actually going through. After the first few episodes the Punisher was far more dark and less sympathetic than any incarnation that came before. I was having a hard time seeing how they could possibly give him his own series with how those first few episodes played out. There was a -ton of accountability at the beginning for him. It evened out later on, but I never bought the "changed brain" theory. Even if that theory proves true, Castle was very aware of his actions and legally right and wrong and acted anyway. So he's never really released from regular folks holding him accountable. It took me out of the character. On the way to SM/BM:DoJ I mentioned it to my friend as he watched the whole thing as well... long pause... and he said, that I ruined Bernthal's Punisher for him. Hopefully I did not do that with that this post for anyone around here.
