I just got out of bed to something that sounded like a very loud vacuum. It was this loud sucking sound… Then I realized that it was the sound of someone, somewhere, watching the Fantastic Four trailer. Noticed that. Good for them. Dan I tried selling there once and had a negative experience. I listed a book there. Guy kept promising to pay and never paid. In the meantime someone expressed interest over here in the book by going through a closed sales thread. I had to tell him the book was spoken for. The guy strung me along for a few weeks until I got tired of chasing after him. I left feedback through the mods and that was that. However... I did come out of it with a "no chasing policy." If you claim something from me and don't pay, I set it aside and that is that. If the time limit passes and you still not have have paid I send you an email that the book is no longer yours as you have not paid. My life is not about being a "bill collector" or "strong arming" anyone into giving me money. If they want it then they will pay for it.

Thanks ! I just that Amazon is running the same sale. Just ordered Volume 6. This series has been a real treat. I think I said this once before but it is like watching the movie with the Director's commentary at the end. It is nice that it points out several things that I missed as a kid. My only hope is that while Volume 7 is about to be released that IDW goes all the way to get us to #155 and dare I hope, beyond?

I will say that this is among several reasons that if I have a problem with a seller or buyer I may consult a few people privately but I never make it public.

Picked up two new shirts... Unpopular - Charlie Brown parody of what his life would be like on Facebook or Instagram with no 'likes', 'friends' or 'comments'. (I ordered it off Ript Apparel but it is now being featured on Tee Fury) The second was something I could have seen fitting into the actual Calvin and Hobbes universe... but Watterson was so opposed to licensing and things like this that it wouldn't have seen the light of day. However, I do imagine that the Calvin of the 80's would have run around playing Hoth whenever the first snowflakes fell. (I ordered it off Ript Apparel but it is now being featured on Tee Fury)
