Ive got a Modern Fast Track that has been sitting in Graded since the 21st of Feb. Order was recieved on 11 Feb. This is what gives me the red ......if it is graded, why can't they put the grades online, instead of making us wait until it ships at some point in the future. I know their response would be "Well the grade can change until it is encapsulated and QA'd".......and I would be ok with that, but it would at least give me a heads up! Sorry.....my rant is over

The only blue variant I have seen or heard about is the Thought Bubble edition.

Just picked me up a #1 thought bubble variant at what i consider to be a pretty good price. Now just to wait for it to get here so i can have it slabbed!

(thumbs u to this. I think if Marvel plays their cards right and the GotG movie isnt a complete turd, then they have a real chance at parlaying thier whole space-based character portfolio into something really great. Book like Nova, Quasar and others are always great stories and even though i never liked the Annihilus character, it was handled well in these series. GotG i could take or leave (in this incarnation), but to me the "Heralds of Galactus" storylines were fantastic

What does everyone think the sketch variant is gonna do? I have one headed my way and will probably have it slabbed, i just dont have the warm fuzzy about it like i do some variants that come down the pipe. Just no buzz about it yet

Carl is starting to turn into a real bad . Which doesnt bother me....ill be glad when they kill of the Negan character....can't stand him

I am not completely sure that i like where this storyline is headed. I just don't like the Negan character as a whole. Not to sound like a prude or anything, but i think it is his mouth that really turns me off to him as a character that i could even give two about. I know that people like that really exist, but still. It wasnt necessary earlier in the series and it almost seems like Kirkman is just using him for shock value.

Picked up my first treasury editions ever this week. Got the 4 for $10 so i think i did ok even though they arent in perfect shape. Guy had a few more and i am thinking of going back for them

Had a good day for a quick one yard sale morning..... Normally I dont have much luck at yard sales, but do pretty good at thrift shops....today was the exception. Pics will be coming up as soon as i get the chance to scan them later. New Mutants 98 in VF condition - Has some spine roll but would probably press out to a 9.0 or 9.2 Superman v2 #1 - probably a 9.0 Next Men #1 - would be a 9.6 if it werent for one chip of color missing on the spine SIlver Surfer v2 #1 - probably a 8.5 Not bad for $1 each

My LCS stashed this away for me this week. Mike at Heroes and Villians Comics......you ROCK! I am happy to find one in such good shape after some of the horror stories I have seen. I want to send this into CGC as i think i can get at least a 9.6 out of it. Do i need to include a note that they can take it out of the slipcase, just like i would with a polybagged book? And all the fingerprints and dust are from my scanner.....not from the book......i really should clean that damn thing

i tried to get one of the red ones, but i picked up the standard signed one instead. I LOVE that cover....that style art is one that i really dig. It kind of reminds me of having a PIP-Boy on the cover...

I have book that were submitted on 6/12 and havent been graded yet. Hopefully any day now Still sitting at 'verified' for now

Just got this today. Beautiful book, the scans dont even do it justice. Super sharp corners and the only thing i can find even close to a defect is that little minute tag of paper on the top left corner, which looks like a small leftover from binding (i have seen this on a ton of books, but never knew what to call it or if it is even a grading defect) Debating on sending in to CGC
