  1. I just got these bound books in. They look great. The Moon Knight vol 1 includes the vol 1 of the Moon Knight Epic Collection, which includes reprints of the books listed in the second picture. I am still looking for one more Rom issue then I can send down for another volume the same size as the one in the picture. This one is #1-41. They also include annuals. I also picked these up for $10 each on the Archives and $25 total for the two Dark Shadows.
  2. Thank you Randall, for the purchases. Fast payment, great communication, and over all professional boardie. I'll be looking forward to doing business again.
  3. Just got these from a Facebook group for $2.00 each.
  4. Congrats on choosing to open a store. My kids want to open one and in just under two years we have built up to around 30 long boxes and I am going to donate all of my toys, 500+ trades/novels, gaming cards, games, Lego collection, etc. My son also has a room full of collectibles to add. We will keep adding to it each year until ready to open.I hope all works out well for you.
  5. Around 3:00 PST, I will be having a large sale of books for $1.00 each that should be from bronze to current.
  6. I have used this, also. and put as many as 5 pieces in if I can. I know it takes some time, but I have glued pieces together to make them around 1/4 to 1/3 inch pieces and use more than two in packaging. I, also, tape all edges of the boxes and envelopes to keep from tearing and ripping.
  7. You are right. It is to the point that you have to take as many pictures as you can to protect yourself.
  8. Here is a problem buyer that you may want to add to your block list. gram12dorothy The item wasn't a comic book, but sometimes the collecting crosses. I sold to this buyer a box unit of Hordes gaming pieces. I made sure I checked that all the pieces were there and everything was okay. After receiving, they contacted me tell me this - "Dear wa-collectibles, 6 of the 10 models are bent. The pieces have been separated. A base is missing and the card is used. Not sure what you had going on here." The conversation went - Me - If there is a problem then return it and I will refund. Them - You want to issue a return label? Me - You do that by going here - http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/return-item.html#process Also, could you provide a picture of the problems that you say are wrong with the item? Thanks Then the communication stopped and received a NEG today. I wouldn't be surprised that they were gunning for a partial refund so they could get it cheaper and when I wouldn't go through with it they retaliated.
  9. I just watched this and I really liked it. Can't wait for the series to start on the 25th.
  10. I disagree. I wish I could sell on these boards but in the past few months, I am consistently getting higher prices over on eBay even after fees. I woke up this morning to find that two things that I offered over here again sell for more on eBay. (One was a comic and the other was a toy) This is precisely why I don't sell here. If I can get more money on eBay, after fees, then it makes no sense to sell here. Sorry, CGC boards, but there just aren't enough people here willing to pay what eBay people are willing to pay. I'd love to never, ever do business on eBay ever again: they are corrupt, vile, and rotten to the core...but, they have successfully absorbed or litigated everyone else out of business, and there is simply no other way to sell collectable comic books anywhere else. Sad, but true. +1, RMA I would rather sell on here too, but there are to may times that I have listed some great books just to be ignored and then would sell on eBay in a matter of days. If have found some great books this year and chose to sell them on eBay and they sold fast. In my early days, on eBay, there we some bad dealings I had with bad buyers, but over the past few years I have had no problems, with buyers, but have had some on here. Now, this, for me, is just another place for me to purchase books from.
  11. Reported and blocked the buyer, wrote her a note that she should more closely monitor her daughter's internet usage. I am a little cranky when I cannot sleep. This is ridiculous. I have had this excuse numerous times attributing purchase to kid(s) hitting "buy it now", they, themselves, accidentally hitting "buy it now" while they were just looking at the item, to their cat walking across their keyboard and hitting "buy it now" (I made the last one up). Of all the excuses for not intentionally buying it they leave out the fact that you have to hit the button twice for it to be a sale. How do you, or you kids, accidentally buy something when you have to hit the buy button and the confirm button for it to go through? We now live in a generation where people don't want to take responsibility for their actions.
  12. Thank you Hector. We traveled around 60 miles south, of where we live, and hit a street filled with antique shops. I, also, bought some DC 52 books for my list, Silver Surfer #112, 113, and some toys. Was a great day with the family. Also, nice statue.
  13. This why I, as a seller, don't leave feedback just because they paid. The transaction doesn't stop there, because look at all the problems to many buyers start after they apy and/or get their product.
  14. Most of the New Mutants books. They look like 3rd grade art projects.
