  1. Yes. He appears as a featureless background character in one panel. IIRC, you also see his hand in another panel. The Avengers is on FX tonight!
  2. Great guess So I guess we all have to run out and get a Captain America Comics #1 before her first appearance gets too expensive? Or Cap Comics #66
  3. That Agent 13 is a different character; yes it's come up before Peggy Carter didn't appear until the Silver Age (ToS 75/77), where she was retroactively placed into Cap's Golden Age history via flashbacks Sharon (also Agent-13) is a "modern continuity" relative of Peggy who first appeared around the same time (ToS 75)
  4. Face it if it were 10 years ago we would all love it
  5. But it's "from the studio that brought you X-Men: Days of Future Past" !!
  6. On Arrow it was just an Easter egg; she was babbling in a jail cell and I think you saw her ponytail for a second.
  7. 1) I do not think the 616 Universe is ending. I would bet the established history remains in place once this Battleworld series is over. 2) Just to fill out the story of Foolkiller speculation, he also got a lot of interest a few months back when the series was discussed on Comic Book Men. That event also led to a lot of eBay activity on his books.
  8. Tom Hardy Drops Out of 'Suicide Squad' http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/tom-hardy-drops-suicide-squad-764095
  9. I don't use them. From what I know about the product I don't think they would fit into your standard CGC box. If I need to carry slabs around (for example, to scan them or take them shows) I just put them in a bubble envelope. I can see the value in owning maybe five of these.
  10. Remember an episode of Agents of Shield season 1 with the Enchantress ? She was captured and she could have been executed for her crimes but "Odin" (Loki) wanted her alive ... I'm pretty sure that was her sister... That was Lorelei (Thor #337)
  11. Yes, last night's episode was great, better than first two IMO
  12. Clean = Green Yeah, I forgot, was thinking some cleaning was allowed - but checked it was conserved tier. "Some cover or interior cleaning (water or solvent)". So I guess not blue Sorry yes I meant Conserved - which is, blue & purple, I guess? Green is Qualified
  13. Bizarro will be making a cameo appearance in the Suicide Squad movie. Seriously though, I think Lex turns Zod's body into Bizarro in Bats v Supes (or sometime thereafter) A real nice raw copy just went up on eBay, nicest I have seen for a while. Have a theory that old school collectors shunned this book because of the portrayal of Bizarro within (plus some people seem to really dislike the character)
  14. book is nearly impossible to find in HG;i'd given up long ago. there are a whopping 2 copies in the census higher than 9.0. and i don't think this is going to one of those cases where high prices are going to drive a lot of copies out of the woodwork. tth2 stated years ago that Aquaman #11-20 are much tougher to find in HG than #1-10 and the census #'s have borne this out. Interesting. I knew without a doubt it's tough to find in HG cuz of that cover. Did not know however about the census details. That just seems like a crazy price to me. I sold my 9.0 a few years ago for $800+. VERY tough in high grade. cripes, the Savannah 9.2 (which was probably blacker inside than the cover) went for $325 or thereabouts. i'm sure some savvy "investor" would pony up $1k for that book now. $1000 is the new $100 I used to think a grand was a lot for a 9.0, but now books are just blowing right through that barrier
  15. Maybe it will be Alfre Woodard Come to think of it she and Oprah are a bit over the hill Maybe it will be Kerry Washington
  16. Isnt that true about most characters? Why am I not seeing any board pursuit/interest in Batman #59? Because Bronze Age and Golden Age collectors are different groups of people And the Batman 59 character is a completely different character in a top hat; I don't know that they have anything in common except the name
  17. Nothing new here - http://www.imdb.com/find?q=suicide&&s=tt&ref_=fn_al_tt_mr http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0033511/?ref_=fn_tt_tt_34
