i can't remember if i ever posted this before, but it is a Crowley Pedigree.

I posted this one a while ago, but i got a slightly larger scan of it. It's my kind of low grade...no tape and a great presenting front cover.

can i show off my newest acquisition..this has been the week i blew my budget out on grails. First the Tec #31 and now this. It's coverless but unrestored. This is one of those grails I don't mind coverless since it showcases the best batman splash ever. Here's a scan of the raw book and i'm getting it slabbed for the blue label.

rarely post here, but i'm so excited about this book, i have to post it everywhere as much as possible. A true grail for me. Thanks to the boardie who made this possible.

this just in...my ultimate grail. it's a beautiful book and looks just amazing in person. a special thanks to rockman/Mike for allowing me to be the owner of this. i apologize in advance for spamming this one like crazy since it is my favorite book in my collection. i may just keep posting it everyday until you kick me off the boards.

Can anyone confirm that the 1.5 actually sold for 25 k on eBay? My gut is that there is a growing hunger for these Pre-robins that goes well outside the incredibly knowledgeable collectors on these boards and they are paying higher prices for them. This tec 31 is a good example (if the sale is real). The tec 36 4.5 in the last heritage went for a little over 10k, which seems like a new high price. If a lower grade (.5-2.5) tec 35 or tec 31 blue label went to auction, I think people would go nuts.

Thank you. The front cover is remarkably clean and looks great. I would never do it, but someone could always tape the split cover and I am sure it would raise the grade
