havent seen much movement on it, but in general its a bit undervalued like most non-tv/movie modern keys. New comic series that launched in august maybe? Something is happening because I'm seeing a lot more 266 auctions getting more money than in the past.

Crikey! top of the charts, I feel a little proud Have to ask though, click the link and it's Chew #1 at one price, change to most watched and the same comic is priced higher I've been adding in shipping cost to the listings. It's probably a bug. Thanks for pointing it out to me. (thumbs u It was off due to me grabbing the current price and not the convertedCurrentPrice. (dang brits and their funny money.)

No one has sold me a CGC 9.8. I think that sums it up.

I have a slightly different list this week of Modern Age comics that are not variants and not graded that are 'comics to watch'. Let me know what you think: Lady Mechanika #0 Aspen Peter Panzerfaust #1 Transmetropolitan #1 Vengeance of Bane #1 Detective Comics #1 Punisher Kills the Marvel Universe Manhattan Projects #1 Uncanny X-Men #266 Chew #1 Amazing Spider-Man #606 Now I assume the Punisher kills the Marvel Universe comic has made the list due to the fact that Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe is super hot. Sort of a trickle down theory going on there. Results farmed from here.

Nothing appears to have changed other than the price and interest. The auction you quoted was the reason it was on the list but now I have yet another list with a different quoted copy going for close to $20 in NM. Why? Hell if I know. I'm just telling you what moderns are heating up.

Not only does it satisfy our need to own something so few will ever be able to own but because each and every week it changes so drastically that it keeps us interested.

Quick rant here about shipping cost. I do NOT turn a profit on the cost of shipping. The cardboard, bubble packing, shipping peanuts and packing tape all cost me $$. And don't forget the confirmation # that MUST be included on each and every package I ship. So rest assured if I charge someone $6.05 on eBay to ship the book and it shows up only costing $5.85 I did NOT come out ahead. Oh, and eBay charges me a fee for my shipping cost too so... /rant off

Multiple Warheads #1 @ $42... Is this the norm for this book? Just found it lingering at #5 on The Market.

Good story, solid art, released same week as WD 100 so some speculators missed out, several boardies went all in and are pimping, several others don't see the reason for any special attention and predict the apocalypse will be preceded by a run up in prices on Revival #1 followed by a sudden crash, some say the crash has already happened and we don't know it yet. Many have placed their faith in Revival as the new Chew or Walking Dead, many others see it as a 27 or Skull Kickers. Several pages of posts have been deleted and most agree that less is more. This epic battle has caused an unprecedented run up in post count and multiple flame outs that have proven to be evidence both for and against either position. This thread is exactly what this forum is all about. Pick up a copy, join a side and hang on! +1

Which version of Firefox? Does anyone see any javascript errors being thrown? That might be the issue. Thanks for the compliments guys. I really appreciate them. I'll be adding some more "filters" later in the month. Specifically a "show Walking Dead" filter. Because that titles is just all over the place. I have to specifically filter it out to get anything else to show up. .

Just a heads up to everyone who likes using the Market to find comics trending on eBay... I spent some small amount of time cleaning up the interface and tweaking the eBay api calls. Mostly all everyone will be noticing is a more intuitive interface and maybe a slightly better listings of books. But it's that "slightly better" part that has so far been very cool. I've been able to see more and more books bubble to the surface that I had not seen before.
