Harbinger #1 CGC 9.8 is the second most noticable comic heating up in Lyria's - The Market today. And since today is the reboot of X-O Manowar and the whole Valiant universe I don't think this comes as a surprise to anyone really.

I have been watching as Venom #1 gold covers gain more attention both in watchers and in price. I'm not really sure why but it's interesting to note. Raw copies are closing in the $25 to $30 range. eBay Completed Listings. And maybe some shilling going on this particular auction?. I just can't see why you'd pay $50 for something that's been closing at half that price. It's number #10 on the list of "Moderns Heating Up". .

There's one selling on Ebay with a BIN 5 bucks That's the wrong book. The one I was showing has already closed and is a black cover.

I'm watching an odd comic that seems to be doing well. I don't know much about it other than I found it on The Market as per usual. Purgatori: Heartbreaker #1 Premium sold at $17.99. Currently one on eBay already at $23.50 with 8 hours to go and 4 bids. It's a little something different to report other than WD and ToT.

I think maybe I wasn't paying much attention to comics when this trend began. I guess it's maybe great for the industry to get more cash flowing around, but I remember just hating the idea... as well as retailer exclusives. I've warmed up to the idea a bit since then... still bugs me, but I guess there ain't no use in complaining.

Adventure Time #1 Sketched Variants are starting to show up and are gaining a lot of interest on eBay. Looks to be going for $100+ on eBay and they are all over The Market top 20 list. I suppose you hit comic cons to make $$ these days by getting exclusive comics.

Not in the same category as the WD of course but has anyone noticed that Carnage U.S.A has consistently been selling for $5-$10 per issue? Not big bucks but still more than cover price and this has been going on for a month or two now. Completed eBay Auctions

Looking on The Market I see Savage Dragon #145 Osama/Obama cover is still quite popular. As is the Amazing Spider-Man #583 Obama cover.
