Yes it is. I haven't seen resurrection, but I think it's funny (and sad) they ripped this from the comic. I don't think NBC ripped it from the comic book. NBC ripped it from a French TV show, which ripped it from a movie, which probably ripped it from a book. So really Revival is just a rip. With the exception that NBC actually talked to Tim Seeley, declined picking up his comic and than made their own show with a similar theme. Or at least that's my understanding of what happened. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

How would you know??? Hopefully CGC could tell if the book had been totally disassembled and then reassembled. I'm sure they certainly can (as could you or I), but I believe that whetton was talking about after the fact. So CGC knows it's a Frankenstein copy but doesn't do anything about it? No, not what I was saying. Whetteon said he'd be pissed if he found out his (already slabbed) CGC copy had a replaced tattooz.

Invincible #110 does have a rape scene in it where Grayson is raped by a woman (not Eve). Alpha Flight V2 #17 is heating up because of an upcoming Disney film about Big Hero 6 (1st appearance was in this comic). Invincible 110 has everything comic collectors love and I hope it keeps on rising. Rape I was thinking the same thing. .

It was such a great series from my childhood that I can't help but think I'm conflicted.

It's a shame that NBC screwed this title over. I hope resurrection is a turd fest.

I can't believe ToT is still doing as well as it is. I have passively followed it (I need one for my run, but not in a rush to get one), and despite this series falling off the radar, #1 is still doing well. Exactly. Which to me means this book isn't about speculators flipping anymore and instead is based on good stories and a fan base.

There might be some recap here as the people who post in this thread are pretty on top of things but here are a list of books bubbling to the top: Thief of Thieves #1 @ $41 & 11 bids - little discussed (at least in comparison to the other books) and it's still doing very well in the aftermarket. Scalped #1 @ $31 & 9 bids just popped onto the list sometime yesterday. TV show huh? Superior Spider-Man 29 Variant @ $28 & 16 bids - Campbell and Black Cat. Nuff said. Captain America #6 @ $26 & 18 bids. - The new market darling since the movie premiere. Copra Compendium @ $26 & 2 bids. - One of those rarely spoken about books that are all over the MA comics to watch list. No one seems to know about it. Strain #1 @ $23 & 16 bids. - Starting to see it more and more. Gotham Girls #3 @ $15 & 3 bids. - Probably a Harley Quinn thing. Captain America #14 @ $14 & 3 bids. -Just starting to warm up again. Invincible #110 @ $11. Issue deals with rape from what I've been told. Alpha Flight #17 @ $12 & 6 bids although I don't know exactly why. Manifest Destiny #2 @ $15 @ 5 bids. And issue #3 is at around $10. The series is just smoking hot. Captain America #14 @ $14 and rising. I've seen copies sell for $20+. Not quite CA #6 level of hot but pretty dang close.
