  1. I don't understand what you are inferring here. CGC's insurance carrier does not charge CGC variable fees depending on what CGC has in its grading vault on any given day. The insurance company charges CGC an annual fee.
  2. Texan 6 from Pembertons, which is actually the UK variant of Texan 4 from St. John. Super rare. In fact, this is the only one on the Census. A standard US edition in 4.5 with cream/ow pages sold on Heritage last month for $1080. Take this 6.0 with white pages for $800.
  3. Takes: First takeit in the thread wins and immediately trumps all ongoing PM negotiations. I reserve the right to overrule takes in the event that a PM deal is concluded and I hadn't yet had a chance to mark an item sold. Any variation of "takeit" counts. Please do not edit takeits and please do not commit to buy unless you intend to follow through. Payment: Zelle, Check or MO Who can buy: No Hall of Shamers or Probies, or anyone on my personal list. Shipping: Free within the US. International at cost. Returns: Three days' return shipping from receipt. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost back unless item was damaged in transit.
  4. I don't think anyone really disputes that.
  5. I thought CGC claimed that they do not assign values to books, even though they clearly assign values to books as part of their standard fees structure.
  6. I was an underbidder on that one.
  7. Many people in this thread have been chasing that issue for a long time. It's featured in The Art of Glamour.
