Notwithstanding that I just got a copy back into my collection, I consider Pike's cover to Young Romance 150 to be THE iconic DC romance cover, and right up there with the best of the Golden Age.

I suggest taking a look at examples of color touch being scraped off other comics before pursuing this path.

I've had two non paying bidders over the past few weeks. I put both items back into auction. One sold for a little less than the non-paid price, and one sold for significantly more so, overall, the non-payment worked out for me.
