  1. Possibly on the scanner or the case?
  2. Thanks, I'm going to check those out. They look great!
  3. Great room. What are those plastic stands on top of the shelves? Are they originally designed for comics?
  4. The single highest graded copy of Marvel Preview #7 was just listed for auction on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160966743995 Going to be interesting to see where this one ends...
  5. Hi, thanks for the response. Unfortunately, that page is from a TPB.
  6. I'm really keen to pick up a page or two from this issue: Romita Jr. Spider-Man (1990) #75 Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction?
  7. The grading is one thing but I'm posting because, instead of sending a book I paid for (at a VF/NM price), they just sent a mid grade copy in order to sell the higher grade to someone else. Anyway, there are children starving all over the world so I don't want to make a huge deal out of it. Just thought others should be made aware so they can make an informed decision about where they want to buy their books.
  8. Won't be buying from Quicksilver again. Bought a book advertised as 'VF/NM', they just kept the VF/NM (still for sale on their site) and sent a book that is clearly no better than a Fine Minus with moderate foxing. Sent an E-mail about it and got no response. So yeah, won't be buying from them again.
  9. So I decided to sell my 3rd print - I consigned it with My Comic Shop. Wasn't really sure how to price it but I didn't really want to risk the auction on this one. I put it up at $87.00 and it sold pretty much straight away. I thought I would never see the 3rd printing sell for that kind of dough but demand really seems to be rising for every printing.
  10. Yeah, you're probably right. Still, I doubt we'll see too many 9.8's for exactly the reasons you say - no one really cared about them.
  11. +1 (...Is that S at the end of "collection" anything to worry about?)
  12. Will be watching this one.. http://www.ebay.com/itm/THE-MANHATTAN-PROJECTS-1-CGC-9-8-1ST-PRINT-IMAGE-COMICS-2012-/190783792389?pt=US_Comic_Books&hash=item2c6b99a505 50 in 9.8; 39 Blue.
  13. You better set parameters now or you will forever have your balls in her purse. Get those comics in the prenup, that's my advice.
  14. This will change upon my next magazine submission Awesome. What grade(s) are you hoping for?

  16. Marvel Preview #7 is the Rocket Raccoon book to have. It's the true first appearance and talk about tough. 0 in 9.8, 1 in 9.6, 0 in 9.4. Only a total of 9 copies on the census.
